About this space
A beautifully designed, contemporary two-bedroom luxury apartment with private direct access (own front door), beautiful private garden and patio. This apartment is very bright, welcoming, and spacious with non-restricted parking in front of the house and walking distance to local shops, pharmacy, hairdressers, post office, take-ways, and lovely village green with park and family pub!
This is a brand and newly decorated home, consisting of a large open lounge/dining area, separate kitchen, and breakfast bar - smart TV., WIFI and top of the range quality mattresses for a good night’s sleep!
There are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) - three actual beds; well sized rooms and separate bathroom with bath shower and toilet. Fully equipped flat with washing machine, dish washer, microwave etc as standard.
This is a two bedroomed maisonette with its own private door and side access. It’s on the upper-level level - 1st floor with only one other flat as part of the building on ground level below so very quiet and private.
Location
This spacious apartment is situated in Penenden Heath, which is part of the busy town of Maidstone, Kent. This property is minutes 1 mile from the M20 slip road roundabout straight to London and/or the Coast and just 1 mile to Maidstone East main station and Maidstone’s extensive shopping centres.
Maidstone is the county town of Kent with nice river walks, riverside cafés, boating trips, numerous restaurants, cinema, gyms and Fremlin Walk – the contemporary shopping precinct.
The property is a minute walk from the local shops providing small food stores, pharmacy, post office, late night food, takeaways etc. Parking is available on the road, non-restricted and always spaces nearby.
The space
Kitchen Area
Fully equipped with brand new appliances and kitchenware, there is an electric oven, a set of gas hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and toaster. There is also a sensible supply of pots and pans, cleaning materials for arrival, bin liners and some dishwasher tablets, plus sharp knives, and full collection of new cooking utensils.
Breakfast Bar
Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast bar with huge windows over-looking the South-West facing private garden (this eating area is in addition to dining area).
Living / Dining Area
Beautifully designed open plan lounge and dining area. There are two X 2-seater couches, smart TV giving access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, ITV Hub and hundreds of different channels etc. There is also a dining area with table and seating for up to 5 guests.
Main Bathroom
This bright and spacious bathroom has a W/C, a bath with shower and is equipped with soaps, towels, loo rolls and ‘guest essentials’ for your arrival.
Master Bedroom
Extremely cosy and welcoming standard double with clothes rack and brand new standard double bed with brand-new top-quality mattress. We take pride in providing a comfy night sleep which is a hallmark of all or properties! Linens, plus towels all provided.
Bedroom Two
Twin room (two single beds) with premium newly-installed memory foam mattresses as well. There is a freestanding clothes rack, towels and bed linen provided.
Outside
The house benefits from its own very private, fenced garden with patio. It’s a well maintained space with flowers, shrubs and provides a welcome break to relax with small trees and shrubbery.
There is no restricted parking on the road outside the property and generally good availability to park right outside the property.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire property. This property had its own private door and separate entrance with its own staircase to side of property. No internal communal areas. You will have a very easy to use and locate key box access with code provided on booking.
