Wide apartment in rustic Val Gardena style with 5 bedrooms and balcony with mountain view, which can comfortably host up to 10 persons in fixed beds.
This apartment stands out for being particularly spacious, approximately 130 m², featuring 5 double rooms, all equipped with an own basin and three of them do also come with an in-room shower box. One of those has a third bed inside. It also comes with a separate kitchen with dining table and dishwasher, a living room, a bathroom with shower, and an additional toilet.
You will enjoy the two balconies, one of them offering a stunning view on the Dolomites.
The kitchen, which was newly equipped, comes with two dining tables, dishwasher, oven, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more.
All the bedrooms are singularly lockable.
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided for free use.

According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:
- Adults (from 14 years): 10
- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure

The Chalet Tieja is set in a sunny positon. It lays in the municipality of Selva Val Gardena, but only few steps from Santa Cristina Val Gardena town center away.
It offers a wide apartment with 5 bedrooms, set in an antique farmhouse, surrounded by green meadows in Summer and just beside the ski slopes in Winter. It is a ski in ski out property, which allows you to comfortably get into the Plan da Tieja slope, reachable from the Sella Ronda and the Dolomiti Superski ski resort. The children ski slopes are just beside the house. The perfect position for a skiing holiday in Val Gardena!
You will find the ski school and the ski rental only 500 meters from this holiday rent. A 15% discount is offered to the house guests at the ski rental nearby.
The Chalet Tieja is ideally located also in Summer, as it is a very sunny area, surrounded by green meadows, only few steps from Santa Cristina town center away. You will be able to enjoy the warm sun of the alps and the amazing view on the Dolomites, while relaxing in the furnished garden. The property also proposes a barbecue on request.
The hiking paths and the Col Raiser cableway are only few steps from the house away.
The property comes with a ski and bike deposit, featuring a ski boot heater.
There is also outdoor parking, towels, bed linen and Wi-Fi, all for free.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

We enjoyed our stay, it’s an easy ski in/out from Col Raiser and while simple in decor for our needs we perfectly for a group of 8. The owner Helga who also owns a ski rental shop is nearby and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend.
