About this house rental

With an open concept living space, four spacious bedrooms, and a den, our beautiful home has plenty of room for the whole family. Once you arrive, you'll have nothing to worry about. Our home is brand new construction and has been decorated with comfort and luxury in mind. Meal prep in our gorgeous, well-stocked kitchen with all new appliances, gather with family in the welcoming living room, and rest your head in one of the inviting bedrooms. Then head out for the day and enjoy all the fun and amenities that Harbor Club and South Haven have to offer.

Living Spaces
After a day out exploring Lake Michigan, our comfortable sectional sofa will be calling your name. Put on a movie, cuddle up and relax with the family in the open living room.
Want some time to yourself or a place to contain the kids? Right off the kitchen is a cozy carpeted den with a sleeper sofa. Grab a book and relax on the couch in a quieter part of the house, or set the kids up with some toys and games in their own area right in your line of sight.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
The outdoor association swimming pool (closest to the Marina) is open and heated Memorial Day - Labor Day. The indoor association swimming pool (closest to the home) is open and heated year round. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.

Cooking & Dining
When you're ready to meal prep, head to the open, spacious kitchen, where you'll still be part of the action. With its beautiful dark wood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and chic light fixtures, everyone will want to hang out in the kitchen with the chef. Grab a stool at the island's countertop with seating for three and chat about your day while dinner is cooking. Perfect for sit-down meals where you plan your next adventures or rowdy game nights where you challenge the family, the wooden dining table seats six and is right in the middle of the action, between the kitchen and living room. Or fire up the gas grill and dine al fresco on the patio to extend the outdoor fun.

Bed & Bath
With four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, everyone can have their own space. Traveling with couples? Leave Bedroom 3's King bed as is. Visiting with a group of friends or kids who want their own bed? We can separate the King into two twins as needed. For a little extra space, use the den's sleeper sofa. Whichever room you choose, sink into a comfortable bed in a well-appointed room and dream the night away.

Outdoor Spaces
Grab a cup of coffee and head outside to the patio to enjoy some fresh air. Relax at the table and plan the day's adventures. Then walk a short distance to the marina to rent a kayak or paddleboard, go swimming in the pool, or play games in the clubhouse.

Good location to the pool. The information about the key or pass # should be more clear. The patio is too small for the number of guests! There are only 6 chairs for the table. We needed more and brought our lawn chairs. The beach is more than 2 blocks. We drove to the beach. Everything is supplied. We enjoyed our stay.

Great house, great location - a bigger porch and back patio would be a great addition! Pool is right across road in walking distance as well as Newcome Beach. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely beautiful home. Nice location. Area around still under new home construction but not anything that disturbs sleep or stay. Access to pool and fishing was perfect. Thank you for the great accommodations.

The overall stay was great! The area was beautiful. The house we stayed in had all amenities needed. The only possible negative was the pool. It was very nice, however the times we were there, we saw several people drinking and the last time we were there we opted to leave as alcohol was taking over their conduct. Some were aggressive and were yelling. For the safety of the children present we opted to leave. Not sure if alcohol is permitted at the pool site, but it should be considered as families go there and would not want to expose anyone to any negative impact from the alcohol.

Great place and location! Will be even better when pool is done but marina pool was nice. Not far from beaches too. Lots of room in kitchen. They just need to put blinds or something on back door, especially if someone sleeping in that downstairs pull out couch.

Property was great. Plenty of first floor space for cooking and eating. Nice to have garage to keep beach gear. The clubhouse and pool are very convenient for little ones. Quick drive to beaches and downtown. Would definitely comeback.

The house was very nice, we had 6 adults and 2 children. Was listed as sleeps 12, would have been very crowded with more than 8, and table only seated 6. Outside space extremely limited. Small cement slab with barbecue grill 4 chairs and table which could seat 2 people. No yard, just some wood chips , then mud, black tubes, caution tape and overgrown bushes. A view of at least six other homes. Extremely disappointing. Would not stay there again.

Lovely house, great location

House is lovely and new, great location. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need. Right across the street from golf cart, boat and other rentals. It still needs a few more items to be considered “well equipped.” I’m sure they will come with time; I recognize we were one of the first renters. Nowhere to sit outside (patio furniture on back order, I was told). No ceiling fans or portable fans for the upstairs, which gets quite hot despite the AC running. We had to purchase and donate a box fan to not sweat through the night. Master bedroom has no door lock, nor does master bathroom. FYI there’s an entire basement to this house that is locked off (I presume for owner’s personal property) but is not spoken about in the rental description. Because I live in a state where there are no basements, I didn’t realize until the 3rd day that there was an entire floor I didn’t know about on the property. Somewhat disturbing, as we had left our teenage daughter alone at the house at one point during the trip. Additionally, the rental company entered into the garage without telling us (as in, opened the garage door that we had closed and locked) to retrieve trash cans to put on the street for trash pick up while we were out for dinner. We had planned to put the trash on the street as instructed, but it was done for us without letting us know someone would be entering the property. Again, a bit of communication could clear these issues up quickly. Overall a very nice stay and would recommend.
