Had a relaxing enjoyable weekend. We will be back again.

Soon as we walked in we loved it. It was bright and inviting, loved the balcony with sea view. On the bench Richard had left us a surprise basket with local products, wine,chocolates, breakfast cereal and more thanks Richard. We appreciated the comfortable bed.

We have no complaints about the property.

Just one problem

Great venue and location, clean bright, airy.

I can't sleep on foam rubber mattresses. They leave me achey and stiff all the next day. I considered sleeping on the floor. It negatively impacted my enjoyment of the whole stay.

Lovely place, amazing view!

Location was great, nice place, well furnished with lots of natural light, amazing view, clean, tidy and great service from host, welcome package was a nice touch.

Negatives were few but there was a bit of noise possibly an air con unit turning on, (unsure if this came from the property or shop below) and balcony would have been good with shade. Otherwise great spot.

Very enjoyable stay in fabulous location - would have been perfect with a few tweaks.

Fabulous location and view. Nice to be met with a hamper on arrival. Set a very positive note and sense of generosity.

Would have been good to have a variety of pillows. Those available weren't comfortable. Also, would be great to have a larger bed in one of the rooms (preferably king-size).

The location is perfect. Fantastic cafes around, local supermarket all in walking distance. Richard was very kind and helpful. I would stay there again, very cosy and cute place to stay.

A great three night stay at Lonnies beach view a apartment.

We enjoyed a three night stay at Lonnies beach view. Apartment, getting the key was easy, in a lock box. This apartment is very central, above the Fish and Chip shop in the Main Street. Lots of restraunts nearby. On arrival there was a very generous welcome pack made up from local products. The apartment was very comfortable, beds ever so comfy also, we had a problem with the TV, Richard was very promt in helping sorting out. We had Netflix and Utube on smart TV, which we have never had in a rental property. Lonnies is very well equiped with all one needs. We highly reccommend Lonnies beachfront in Point Lonsdale.

The pillow in the bed were huge. Some softer pillows might would have suited our kids a little better.

We loved the location and the host was superb;, responsive to questions and receptive to feedback.

Location is incredible. Looks out over bay and lucky enough to see sunrise and moonrise from the deck.

A bit of touching up on painted surfaces would make a lot of difference.

A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life......very relaxing.

The big windows going onto the balcony to enjoy the view of the beach was exceptional and the convenience of having the shops and cafes down stairs.

Noise from from fish and chip shop below. Think it was a fan but I think the good cost value covered that inconvenience. Noise ceased around 8pm. I guess that may be a problem in the warmer months.

A relaxing peaceful, very friendly place, great walking paths and animal friendly area.

The unit had everything we needed, beds were very clean and comfortable, spacious bathroom, large shower space, well equipped kitchen, tastefully decorated and very generous with complimentary goodies. There was a very welcoming feel upon arrival. Being central, everything we needed was a few steps away. A very clean and well presented IGA offered a good selection of produce with lovely customer service. Post Office a few doors up is a modern well equipped shop. Lonnies Fish shop have FRESH fish and the best potato cakes (hand cut) and South Melbourne dim sims, great venue, it would take a lot to beat that little gem. a few local dining spots just steps away offered good coffee and nice menu selections. Across the road offered a free outdoor gym facility and playground area. A great getaway spot 🥂

Superb

This apartment is the perfect place to stay to relax and experience the best that Point Lonsdale has to offer. It is spacious, comfortable and has wonderful views over the bay. The owner is supportive, responsive and helpful. I have already booked to visit again.

Currently there is a need to manage the noise of the exhaust fans that operate from the fish and chip shop below, during its opening hours. The noise intermittently comes on in blasts throughout the night too. The owner is currently working on this problem to resolve it.

The perfect spot for a winter weekend-food and coffee on doorstep, beach right across the road.

Great location, lovely apartment, comfortable beds, great view, friendly host. Lovely complimentary hamper was a nice surprise. Everything we needed for a perfect winter weekend getaway!
