This is an amazing location and spacious property… close to the beach and short drive to shops and cafe's. Comfortable space for medium sized family.
Although, it lacked owner TLC (tender loving care) for the property, and appreciation of how they should/could enhance the ‘experience quality’ with small incremental improvements. Starting with some basic maintenance (a blinking and a not working light in the kitchen & living areas, discovered broken glass in the kitchen crockery cupboard). The car drive up the paved road into the back of the property (main entrance and car port) was narrow (manageable) but each time in and out the car's front and back would hit the road (noticed surrounding properties installed a small short ramp to avoid this).

Loved the retro charm of this unrenovated but very well designed, lovingly appointed older style home. Two bathrooms are a winner for small groups of adults travelling together; my parents had their own 'wing' comprising a spacious master bedroom with views and a walk-through wardrobe area leading to the en suite. Two other bedrooms, a bathroom and WC at the other end of the house afford privacy as well as comfort. The deck is an absolute winner with views of Anglesea's main beach.
Seems churlish to quibble, to be honest. The driveway was just a little tricky to negotiate but the car port at the top of the drive was worth the effort.

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous retro holiday home. It was super warm and cozy inside with the open fire roaring. The views from the deck were incredible too! Location wise, the shops and beach are close enough to walk to easily.
No complaints from us. It was exactly what we were after in a short break at the beach.
