Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine
Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and initial fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. . Enclosed back garden with patio, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Sea fishing on-site. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Step in garden.. Nestled down a scenic country lane within the small, picturesque hamlet of Landshipping, this charming, detached holiday home has been well-presented throughout and offers an ideal base for a couple looking to explore the spectacular area. Furzy Cottage is set In an elevated position on the banks of the hidden waterway the river Cleddau Estuary with picture postcard views along the everchanging estuary from your private enclosed garden.
Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the plethora of bird and wildlife along with the boats cruising up and down the waterway- pure bliss. Furzy Cottage is set all on one level and incudes lots of welcoming touches including a blazing wood burner for those cosy nights in! Sit back and relax in the private lawned front garden whist taking in those magnificent views or from the doorstep take a stroll down the scenic country lanes to uncover a plethora of Estuary and wooded walks. The lovingly furnished bedroom is perfect for a great night’s sleep and the beamed living room is inviting and perfect to curl up in front of the log burner with a good movie.
Take a short drive to the tranquil harbour towns of Tenby and Saundersfoot, and discover their unblemished beaches, boutique gift shops and irresistible restaurants, with freshly caught fish always on the menu! For interesting days out, visit the numerous enchanted sites dotted around the county, including the off-shore island of Caldey, with its Cistercian monks and monastery, or visit the magnificent Norman castle of Pembroke, famous for being the birthplace of Henry VII. For the more active, golf, fishing, horse riding and water sports can be found nearby.
