This location met all of our needs. We were within five minutes to the rest of our locations for our family Christmas trip. The stairs were a little awkward, but we managed to navigate them.

A beautifully decorated perfect house for small families. Our toddler had no issue navigating the home. There’s a bedroom with a crib, bed and changing table that keeps dark for nap/sleep time. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the dining room is spacious and cozy. The backyard set up is cute too. The street parking was very easy, we never had to park further away than in front of the house. Very close to a beautiful park. We loved the house!

This is a charming older home with updated conveniences and decor. Very cool. It was a great location for exploring the area. We spent a day in Newport, Narragansett beach, and Cape Cod. We also visited family and friends and enjoyed a number of restaurants, like the wonderful Crepe Corner for breakfast, and, Andimo’s for Italian food. We felt very at home in this wonderful property.

My two teenage boys and I arrived late on a recent Friday after a swim meet at a competition pool in the area. We were staying south of Providence for the swim meet which included five sessions over three days. We selected this restored home rental vs a hotel so that we could have more space. Prior to our arrival our hostess, Rita, had sent us plenty of information to assist us with check in and to tell us what to expect about our stay. Despite the day’s extreme humidity and warmth we entered the house to find a comfortable 74 degrees. I should note that check in was as smooth as can be. Aside from the cool comfort our first impression once inside was how charming and welcoming the home is. The decor is very inviting and the home immaculately clean. Rita had left maps of the area along with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine on the dining room table. The kitchen was very well appointed and I enjoyed cooking during our stay. In the fridge we discovered fresh strawberries and eggs….all that she had previously told us we were welcome to share. Upstairs we discovered that in the room with skylights Rita had even left sleeping masks in the event it was too bright. My boys and I instantly felt at home and in fact frequently referred to returning there over the course of the weekend to “going home”. I’ve stayed at many wonderful VRBOs over the years that I have also rated 5 stars. I can honestly say that this property and hostess Rita are a cut above. Thank you Rita!

We had a great experience staying at this cottage. This was one of the most well stocked VRBOs we have ever stayed in. The property manager thought of everything you could possibly need and more. The decor is beautiful and it was very spacious for me, my husband, and daughter. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of linens and paper goods. The kitchen had all the staples that you would need for cooking along with a coffeemaker and tea. The host was very responsive and left us a nice bottle of wine when we arrived. We will definitely be looking to stay again when we are in the area.

Absolutely loved our stay. We were in Providence to celebrate Thanksgiving at our Son's place. The kitchen was great to work in preparing food to bring over to my Son & Daughter In Law. This home is enchanting & relaxing. Slept the best I have slept in months. I loved falling asleep looking up at the stars through the skylights above the bed. I took advantage of the lovely office/art studio/yoga room. Terrific matts are there for you to use and I enjoyed the vibe each day. The only thing you need to keep in mind is the stairs are a bit awkward as they wind their way up to the second floor. My husband & I have bad knees so we left our suitcases on the main level. Despite that one issure for us I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Lovely hostess thought of so many wonderful items to leave for us.

This was one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed at. The attention to detail was beyond impressive. There were adorable and thoughtful touches throughout the house, additional amenities basically anything you could think of and more. I stayed with my sister-in-law and our toddler daughters and it was perfect for us. Great location, great vibes, great everything. We couldn't have been happier with it!

Amazing!
We had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful, cozy, and absolutely spotless! Rita did such a good job making us feel at home from a bottle of wine upon arrival, to having all the essentials available in the kitchen (eggs, butter, spices, coffee etc. etc.) to making sure our dog had everything he also needed to have a comfortable stay. The house was loaded with nice little touches that we very much appreciated; shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath, soft towels, and really everything we could have needed or wanted! We have already recommended this property to a few friends and family and would love to stay again if we come to the area!
Thank you for sharing your home with us!
