Access to the beach is like you are on a private resort, the view from the house is panoramic. The rooms are clean and inviting. The opportunities are in the grill and pool areas. Need to throw non-functional items, such as broken boards, tiles, etc. and if fixed can be a 5star rating.

Beautifully appointed, clean, functional house. Perfect for big families with lots of age distribution as everyone can easily find their own space. if swimming alongside sea turtles, tarpon, mullet balls, black tips, and sting rays isn’t your thing the pool feels like having your own private resort. We’ll be back.

The property is gorgeous but is in need of repair when it comes to the outdoor pool area especially. The 2 Grills were not usable - One was missing the wireless connection and the other was disgusting and the trays full of grime. The pool was not cleaned. They did replace a table and chair set that was outside, but that wasn't even an issue to us. The pool area and bars need some love. The bar area was more of a storage area and a shower area the same. The kitchen was all functioning, some minor mechanical issues on the drawers. I don't want to pick it to pieces, but I think if they used one week of profit, it could be turned around. The interior was fairly clean, some damages, that again now that it was just purchased, and they will be getting those things done. One issues was basically zero toilet paper upon arrival - - so a trip to the store was required immediately - LOL. My only other complaint is the outside windows were so dirty the view was distorted until we could clean them.. But the beach residue doesn't take but a couple days to build up. I think for 8K, we needed a discount, but hey - - it was right on the beach!

Desperately in need of repairs
The house was big enough for our party of 8 so that was great. Unfortunately the pool was unusable because the vacuum in the pool didn't work and neither did the skimmers. There were hundreds of dead bugs that were constantly floating on top no matter how much we skimmed them out. There was TONS of sand and seashells on the bottom of the pool. We arrived on Thursday and the pool guy came by on Friday morning. We thought he was going to clean the pool but all he did was fish out a matchbox car and 2 beer cans from the deep end that we didn't put there and weren't there on Thursday when we arrived. Tile was falling off everywhere out by the pool along with brick. The area where the grill is needs to be knocked down and re-done, it's horrible. On the inside, half of the door knobs need to be repaired because they almost fall off in your hand, wall paper is peeling, tile is missing and there's stains on the king size comforter and chaise lounge. Towels are in short supply considering how many people it sleeps. I can see where it could have been beautiful at one time but needs some major repairs. I saw thar it recently was sold in April. They should have kept it off vrbo, and shouldn't rent it again, until the repairs are done. Definitely not worth the money we spent.

Can`t beat Flagler Beach and this house is literally 25 steps to the ocean...has a large pool with plenty of entertaining space and the master bedroom views of sunrise were spectacular....property manager even came by to check on us upon arrival
