Reviewer Comments:
Overall the property is very nice, well done on the remodel. It is a good location to the water and to the ferry. It is quite a ways to Marine. We rented on probably the hottest weekend of the whole year. Don't let the pictures of the air conditioners fool you, they didn't work. It was very hot.. The house was clean, but the cleaning lady was still clearing an hour after we were suppose to be able to get into the units.

Reviewer Comments:
We rented both upstairs and down for a family group of 12, ranging in age from 8 months to 72. It was nice to have the 5 with the kids upstairs with a kitchen for snacks. It was hot up there but we were not allowed to use the air conditioner. The beds were comfortable, but the rooms were small and had no dressers to unpack suitcases into. We brought patio chairs down from the upstairs patio and managed to gather together for dinner outside, since it was so warm in August. Both kitchens are beautiful and very well stocked with dishes and pans. Downstairs expects that if you don't eat outside, you'll sit in the high stools at the island. There are no lamps in the living rooms for reading, so we brought 3 of our own. Glad to have off-street parking and a place in the garage for our SUPs. It was a short walk to the ferry and a little market. We prefer the north bay beach, only 2 blocks away.

We had a wonderful stay here. We rented both units for our family of 10. There was plenty of room for everyone. Both units were recently remodeled and had everything we needed. They were spotless and well maintained. They also both had AC which was wonderful as we were there during a heat wave. The location is excellent. There is a great coffee shop and restaurant around the corner. The ferry is one block away and the beach area is a few houses away. A big plus was the garage and additional parking spots as we never had to look for parking. We walked to the Main Street for frozen bananas, shopping and restaurants. It’s a nice walk along the bay. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to return and have recommended it to friends.
