Blue Ocean Beach House is a beautiful house to enjoy a beautiful family vacation. This two-story house has 2000 sq ft. It’s composed of 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living room, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, game room and laundry, as well as parking that accommodates 5 cars.

The house has 10 beds that can accommodate 16 people. Each room has mattresses, sheets and towels of the highest quality, television and Internet. And each bathroom has a hair dryer.

The patio has a beautiful terrace, pool, area for barbecue and fire pit where you can wind down and enjoy some quality family time.

This beautiful house is located in Panama City very close to 23rd street, the main street of the city and shopping centers. 8 miles from Capitan Anderson the main center of attraction for tourists in the city, where you can enjoy the best restaurants, do different types of guided excursions such as sailing to watch the sunset, the dolphins, going fishing, enjoying the Pirate Ship with your children, among other beautiful activities that are offered in this beautiful marina. Where a few feet away is the second entrance to the beach, where you can enjoy its fine sands and beautiful crystal clear waters. Everything is located just 9 miles from our house. Where you can spend a memorable vacation.

The quality of the environment of the home was just right for our family. It provided all the necessary amenities for comfortability. The home supported family interactions with access to the pool, karaoke speaker, fire pit, grill, pool table and games like Bingo. The beds provided enough room for everyone. Towels were more than sufficient. A small part of the stairs were a little steep however the handrails complemented that. The home was easy to access and the neighborhood was nice. My family would stay here again.

We got well rested. Peacefull and Beautiful place. Just one little detail that the pool was not clean. But overall the place was great. It was a little far from the beach.

Was a great place to stay for us, its enough to anywhere you wanna go without driving too far. The home itself was nicely kept and clean with plenty of spare linen and extra blankets. The beds were very comfortable

This was a nice house in a decent neighborhood. Very convenient to everything we needed. The house was clean, but the pool was full of algae. Overall a good experience.

The home was very roomy and close to lots of activities. The pool was clean but cold which was expected for early April. We wish there had been some lounge chairs by the pool for sunning. The hosts provide lots of towels and linens to use which were very clean. There were a few areas which could have been a bit cleaner such as some sticky spots on walls and cupboards. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Over all it was a great stay, just had a few issues being the fire/smoke detector kept beeping due to the battery dying which is no big deal though we did take the battery out, some of the dishes we got out of the cabinets still were either wet or had stuff on them, so we reran them in the dish washer and the bedding had blood spots on the upstairs king and downstairs queen and the downstairs trundle bedding was dirty which could've easily been missed, I just worked in hotels so I always notice stuff. And the floors were dirty. BUT overall it was a super nice location, had no problems with anyone around, close to everything, and the house is beautiful and all of the decorations! Communication was great. Also to note I loved that there was a high chair it helped so much with have my twins! Thank you so much for everything!

We enjoyed our stay here. It is a beautiful house, with plenty space for relaxing and coming together with family! Would stay here again… it was close to convenient places, as well.

Overall the house was good. The neighborhood is further away from the beach (not a problem, just informing others). At first, communication was great, but I was told we’d have the access code a few days prior to our stay. However, it did not arrive until 3:07am the morning of our stay when we were already half way there. The pool table was a nice addition. One of the TVs did not work and the washing machine outlet tripped and we weren’t able to reset it. This required us to move the washing machine away from the wall to use another plug in the bathroom making that toilet and shower very difficult to use. It was stated that there would be laundry detergent provided, but the container labeled Tide Pods was actually full of dishwasher pods. Again, overall, a nice place to stay.

Perfect stay for everyone to have a bed and sleep comfortably. Unsure if it was a problem or not, however, we had to park on the road due to so many people coming from out of town and coming late from work even with 2 cars parked in the garage. But it was not a big deal, we just weren’t sure if it was allowed or not. DEFINITELY going to try and book for next year!!

This house is by all your needs 20-30 mins from the beach definitely pool family friendly. House doesn’t have too many decors for kids to mess up definitely the best stay for family house says it’s suitable for 10 ppl and it’s the truth but if you bring blow up matresses house definitely could support more people 3 full functional bathrooms even has a smokers patio with nice night lights and pool view with grill highly recommended we will be back again

This home was very beautiful, comfortable and quiet. It had everything we needed. It was close to the shopping area and wasn’t that far from the beaches. The host of the house was wonderful, helpful and very friendly. My family and I enjoyed our stay. We would definitely love to come back.

Great home ! 20 min from the beach , really enjoyed the game room and the pool . Host was very nice , replies fast , we had plenty of towels and kitchen essentials.
