Vaulted ceilings and a balcony overlooking the main floor with open concept design. Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath penthouse condo is perfect for families, friend getaways and adults. Three king beds, four flat screen TV's plus cable and High Speed Internet are included.

Enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink in the glassed-in sun room while watching the activity below at the outdoor pool and landscaped creek.

The living room has a flat screen TV with DVD player and outstanding view of the landscaped brook and wooded hills from two large picture windows. The spacious kitchen is incredibly easy for several people to prepare meals with a dishwasher, ceramic top stove, microwave, refrigerator with an ice and water in the door, garbage disposal and large pantry. An open concept dining room seats 6-8 at a large table and a movable child friendly eating bar with 2 stools is also located in the kitchen. We supply coffee filters, coffee, bath soap, kitchen and dishwasher soap as well as dishes, wine and water glasses, mixing and serving bowls, pots & pans, a turkey roaster, electric pancake griddle, crock pot, cookie sheets, cake pans and muffin pan.

The Master Bedroom features a super comfortable King size bed with pillow top mattress and huge walk-in closet . Private French doors open to the enclosed all-season, carpeted sun room. The spacious master bathroom has double sinks, a whirlpool tub/shower and skylight.

Two additional bedrooms each offer King-sized beds, and adjoining baths. The double doors in the loft bedroom opens to a balcony which overlooks the living room, dining room and open kitchen.

Branson is a very busy place we loved that the condo was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough that the drive to everything wasn’t long at all. We would stay here again if we come back to Branson. Our 6 year old especially loved having the daybed to sleep in and she had a blast at the pool.

This was a great place to stay! It was exactly as listed. We had 4 adults and 5 kids in our group and there was lots of room for everyone. It was also clean. I would stay here again!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should including coffee pots and ice maker. The only improvement I could suggest would be a handrail on the stairs to the upper bedroom. We’re in our mid 70s and that little improvement would be much appreciated. This condo was priced very fairly and we would definitely love to stay there on future visits to Branson.

We had a wonderful time in Branson with our children and grandchildren! This penthouse was close to all the attractions and in a quiet neighborhood. Everyone enjoyed the pool which was right behind our penthouse and parking was right in front of the building. Great place to stay!

My family stayed for three evenings at the host's property in Branson. We were all very pleased. The listing was accurate and it was very nice to have plenty of space to relax after a day of activities. I could not provide a 5 star on cleanliness because of a couple of small oversights by the cleaning team. They were minor though. The location was great and the area was nice and quiet when we stayed. We would definitely stay again.

We had many issues with this property, such as the upstair shower drained very slowly, the showers doors had much calcium buildup, the hvac would not regulate in all rooms, (would not circulate properly) Electrical cord coming through floor to socket in sunroom, plugged into a socket. (cannot be up to code) Half of closet door in front bedroom was off, and placed in the closet. Kitchen faucet moved when trying to use it. The bed in the master bedroom was VERY uncomfortable, as there was a large "sink hole" in the middle of it. There was no door in the upstair bedroom, which was not indicated in online. Just before leaving, we emailed the property manager to ask if there was an indoor pool on the property, responded that he was not sure. This property is nice, but not what I would have expected, as it was recently updated.

Thus property is great for a family or large group. Three bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was perfect for our family. It’s located minutes from all the main attractions including a short drive to Silver a dollar city. It’s a great place to relax and it’s located next to the Pointe Royal golf course if you want to hit the links.

We had a wonderful FAMILYMOON at this Branson condo.Wedding in Okl on Sat..then spent 4 nites at this condo.Close10 min drive to Silverdollarcity!Easy process to pay online..then had owner txt me a keycode to enter.2 comfy king bdrms downstairs with their own bathrm& a great loft bdrm that our 3 teen grandgirls really liked with their own bathrm and double sinks.Condo is a great design for families.Family size griddle..big nonstick frypans..crockpot..georgeforeman grill.We will definately stay here again!Great experience!

The only reason why I gave this condo a 4 is because the listing price is ALOT cheaper than it turns out to be after a large cleaning fee and a other "fees". Otherwise the check in process was easy and we had no real issues with the property. It was clean and we had 5 guest and everyone had their own room and bathroom, which was great. The location is also good, as it is close to pretty much everything!
