This is a really nice hidden gem on the 3rd (top) floor. It’s located right near the river and dirt pathway. The unit was clean and the bunk beds were amazing for our teens. The restaurant across the street was so good. We’d highly recommend “There”.
I found a couple of issues with the windows and reported them to the very nice property managers. I feel like they will attend to them right away . The pool was great for the kids and the hot tub for the adults. The only reason I’ve given them 4 starts instead of 5 was due to the construction. The notice said construction would be happening in one of the nearby units. However, the construction was actually the roof replacement and this unit is on the top floor. . Everything was fine until the last night when the blue tarp flapped all night long in the wind and rain and kept me awake. It’s rather hot in a top floor unit with the windows closed, otherwise I would have closed them. With all this being said, I would stay there again in the future as long as the construction is over. The only thing I didn’t like about the check-in process was the requirement for a bio-identity account. Although they are encrypted, I feel like this is a breach of privacy. We were booking last minute so I just gave in.

I reached out prior to our arrival and the team responded almost immediately. Excellent customer service. The property is in an Awesome location. We loved it

Fantastic location and great place to stay! Had everything we needed for our stay. My daughter did the Telluride mountain run and we biked on the other days, highly recommend staying here and we will stay again!

The Condo was well stocked with everything a person could need. I really appreciated the fans, since many places in CO. do not provide those. The only reason I'm not giving it a five star is the old, worn, outdated decor. Ever rug, pillow and wall decoration had to be at least 40 years old. The owners should throw all that in the trash and spend a bit of money to update the look. A couple of thousand at Home Goods would make that place look so much better. The management was responsive, the place was clean, and the location was great! We enjoyed our stay and love Telluride!

Easy to access slopes with the gondola, great walks by the river, nearby shopping, and quiet neighbors.
We would consider renting this unit for our next stay in Telluride.
Thank you!

Nice location..walking distance to Main Street.

Unit was in great location and clean, but did not sleep the # of people advertised. Bunk beds were for small kids only, and there was only 1 sofa bed (not 2 as advertised). All in all this was a good residence, just not quite big enough for our family.

Please note the dryer lint filter is NOT staying in place, bangs around when drying clothes. Oven drawer not shutting correctly. Master shower faucet was difficult to manage. So very nice to have the keyless entry.

Beds/mattress in dire need of updating
I rented accommodations for 9 in my family and after 4 nights everyone is leaving with backaches from sleeping on substandard and lumpy beds, even the teenagers. The foldout couch was especially bad and in dire need of replacing. The area was convenient and the only positive.
4.4
Location great
Location is perfect. Older unit, but location makes up for it.

Had a really nice time, the condo was small and quaint, just as advertised. Great location, walking distance to downtown. COVID drove us to stay inside at the condo for longer than a normal trip like this and that’s where a couple issues arose. A couple of the TVs didn’t work when we got there and 2 of the 4 burners on the stove were not working. Alpine did a great job of jumping on the issues, but the internet in the condo was so weak that it was hard to access a few of the main Roku apps in different parts of the condo. Like I said, not a huge deal if everything Telluride has to offer was open and “normal” as it was pre-COVID, but was frustrating when we spent additional time in the condo. HIGHLY suggest getting a better modem/router for the condo AND signal booster for upstairs.

Great location. Condo needs an update.
Great location but condo needs a makeover. Old furniture old decorations and old electronics. You don’t go to telluride to watch tv but at night with your family you need something more than a 15 year old tiny tv.

Summer 2020 in Telluride
The location was excellent. We walked into town every day and took the Gondola to the Mountain Village. We hiked to Bridal Veil Falls. The entire area is so scenic and beautiful. This was our first visit to Telluride but we definitely plan to come back.

Great location
A little dated but we were not there to sit inside. Great location and had everything that was promised. Would be a little tight with 9 but then again, you do not go to Telluride to sit inside.

Great lodging for our family.
Easy to book, great communication after booking, clean and good facilities. Beds were comfortable, plenty of bedding. great location. Southwest decor.

Great Location
The condo was exactly as advertised and within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. There is a grocery store within 5 mins (walking). We had a great time and the condo was perfect for our 2 night stay. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay again!

Happy with Unit; Unhappy with Hot Tub
This unit worked great for our skiing/boarding group of four guys. Not sure I would have wanted many more given the relatively tight floor space. The lodge's hot tub needs more regular (read: daily) attention by the management company of the complex. Water needed to be shocked/cleaned and the hot tub was fully closed one of our days. For me (and many skiers) a decent hot tub after a day on the mountain is a must. But, overall a good unit with a great location. -- Chris

Our stay was awesome. Loved the place.
The check in was smooth. The place was clean nice and warm. Parking was easy, their is dedicated parking lot. Location is awesome, 5-7 min walk to gondola, from where you can go to mountain Village.
Very close to all restaurants, we didn’t have to drive in our entire stay. Anything you need call them for towels etc, management will provide.
Beautiful view from the living room of mountains, ski lopes and gondola.
The place is big and feels like home. Lots of beds and room for large families.
Highly recommended. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great Get Away
What a wonderful place to stay. This was a great location being so close to town, the gondola and the river with the river walkway to stroll down anytime we wanted to go somewhere. Very nicely kept and plenty of room for all of us.
4.4
Great besides parking
The place itself had everything that we needed. It was clean and up to date. Very spacious. You can tell there have been recent updates made to unit. There were plenty of places to sleep! Also tons of extra pillows and blankets. Plenty of cooking supplies as well. The unit is close to everything in town. Only complaint was parking. The room only comes with one parking permit (which is pretty customary. No big deal). 2 of the days that we were there we had to find other parking from 9-5 due to removal of snow from the roof. It was a bit of a pain moving our vehicles around so much. Otherwise great and would use again!
4.4
Needs some TLC
The unit is in a great location, close to everything. I was however lacking in many things, The shower heads in both bathrooms produced very little water (enough? yes). Both eating and cooking utensils were severely lacking. There was one roll of paper towels and no cleaner like 409, or windex. The carpet is both old and dirty. If the owners would do a bit to upgrade and give some TLC to the unit and prospective renters this would be just fine.
