Cute little guest house but due to it being located in a garden, there were bugs EVERYWHERE. The night we arrived there was a weird girl in a van throwing wet towels out onto the street. I think she was sleeping in her van right out front of the owners house. When we first got into the guest home, there were bugs all over the interior door and floors. We had to remove a ton of them to even feel comfortable going to bed. Thankfully we did not notice any on the bed. We did find bugs in the shower and tons in the window by the kitchen. Once we were there consistently, the bugs didn’t seem to come in as easily. They would come in every time we’d open the door. The garden is nice and secluded. We did wish the garden had fencing around it so we didn’t have to sit out there and make sure our dog wouldn’t walk in it. The mattress was average. The AC worked very well and kept the place chilly. Some of the kitchenware was stain and out of date. The appliances were super cheap and didn’t work that well. The management team was decently responsive. I did reach out on multiple occasions and they answered promptly; however, when we left, I reach out to see if we’d forgotten our camera battery charger in the wall and wanted to check if we did. Management said they’d have the cleaner look when she got there but then we never heard back ever again. Glad to have tried the experience but I don’t think we’d stay there again.

My bestie and I had a great time in Utah! Our rental was super cute and convenient. The dogs loved the little backyard area. The gate was hard to get to latch closed from the outside but everything was great. The property manager was responsive and nice. I would definitely stay here again.

I was impressed with the location and accessibility. My wife and I traveled with our dog and having the private yard made this one of the best VRBO experiences we've had.
The unit was well appointed and very comfortable.

This was a great little studio that also has a washer and dryer! My dog and I stayed here for a few days while I was in town for work. It had everything I needed.

My pup and I absolutely loved our stay at this VRBO. It’s the perfect size for one or two people and the fenced yard made it so easy for my pup to enjoy some outside time. The home was spotlessly clean and had all of the essentials I needed for my stay. I did do some cooking so it had everything I needed. I would definitely stay again.
There isn’t a paved path to get from the street into the unit so if you have roller bags/luggage, be prepared to lift them - certainly not a dealbreaker and easy to do but be aware of if you have roller bags, you will need to carry them. There is a charming cobblestone rock path.

This location was perfect for me and my wife. In town for business at the convention center, it was only a 5 minute drive to that location and many other hot spots around town. The place was VERY clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Great spot to stop off for a few nights on our move across the country with our kitty. He loved the little garden area and the space was perfect for us!

We enjoyed the property so much, we are thinking about re-creating in backyard for old get away without having to travel to Utah. We will be back to Utah and look forward to staying again. The Murphy bed provided for a good nights rest. The bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the neighborhood and viewing the beautiful homes at Landscaping. Great restaurants nearby, and a beautiful view of the city on our walk. Our hosts were very responsive, we only wish we were able to meet them.

This little place just couldn't have been more suited to our needs. Conveniently located near the Children's hospital, it provided a quiet and comfortable oasis to rest. Drew was quick to answer all questions. This is a real jewel and we will definitely be back! Thank you Drew!

Approximately 700 sq ft. cottage located on a very quiet residential street in SLC. Less than 10 minutes to drive to the University of Utah hospital (even with all the construction going on). Very peaceful setting, with all the amenities of home. We will definitely stay here again.

This was such a great little spot! The location was perfect. It was downtown but in a quite little neighborhood. The yard is perfect if you are bringing dogs with. Very comfortable and clean!

This charming studio was perfect for my 4 nights over the Christmas holiday. The space was described accurately. Very comfortable: great location; a perfect little yard. I imagine during the summer sitting in the garden with the doors wide open.
The hosts were responsive and helpful. Everything was excellent and I will definitely try to book again when passing through. Thanks Drew & Co.

Just completed a very enjoyable stay and can highly recommend. My wife and I came to town to see her favorite band on a rare tour, so needed a place convenient to downtown that was also dog-friendly, as we have some old dogs that need to travel with us. With her 4-year-old child in tow as well for the first night of our stay, we knew it might get a little challenging. The property here was absolutely perfect for us. Situated in an older, Victorian-style, walkable area east of downtown, we loved that the little house was set off from the main property, had it's own private, fenced yard (complete with vegetable garden), and offered unexpected peace and quiet. The space is small and cozy, but provided everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxed stay. Due to an unexpected issue with our car, we actually spent more time hanging out there than intended. But with multiple streaming services, super fast and reliable WiFi, and sufficient creature comforts, the unplanned downtime flew by. And while we didn't plan on preparing meals there, if we had wanted to the kitchen was equipped with (literally) everything we would have needed to prepare a full meal.
Booking here was super easy, the communications from the property management were clear and timely, and the property was both exactly as advertised and just what we needed. Thank you!
