House has three Ac units which keeps the house super cool. Game room with huge window. You will be amazed on this gorgeous place, master bedroom has a jacuzzi bath tub with led lights, huge showers with massage jets, beautiful open space chef kitchen with granite countertops, huge inland, all new stainless steel appliances, kitchen has more than you need, laundry room with new machines, all rooms have large ceiling fans with remotes, two car garage with opener also a two car attached covered carport, gym exercise bikes inside garage, movie room theatre, full office with printer, best Wi-Fi, 8 ft pool table, wood burning fireplace, stereo system with Bluetooth surround sound, karaoke system, guitars, beautiful black piano. Our group of 8 friends stayed here for a week and had the best time. We enjoyed everything this home has to offer. From the putting green, to the heated (for a standard fee) pool and relaxing hot tub. The pool table was a fun addition, as well. When we arrived we had a grocery order delivered from the local Fry’s. After that we had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen. The convenient location was great, with local restaurants and shopping nearby. We enjoyed baseball in Peoria and Surprise, as well as golf. Al was very kind and responsive as the water in the hot tub simply got too low and we were afraid something was wrong. He was available in minutes to show us what to do. We would 100% rent this beautiful home again. Thank you, Al.

This property has lots of space with many things to do. The host, Al was very responsive to requests or needs. The only reason for 4-star was a few improvements that could be made in which Al was open to making. We would stay there again when visiting the area!

We came down for wife’s birthday and Mariners Spring Training game. -House was very spacious. -Pool was very warm, -Outdoor space was great to sit poolside and enjoy beverages. -Very quiet neighborhood. We plan to come back as soon as we can. - Enjoyed the pool table

Our party consisted of 5 adults for a winter get away and the house was perfect for us. There was plenty of room, great kitchen for cooking, spacious bedrooms and the yard was absolutely gorgeous. Pool, hot tub, putting green, multiple seating areas with fire pits surrounded by lush green trees, fruit trees, shrubs, flowers. Host was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

My wife and I needed a nice place to stay during our time in Arizona during the new year’s holiday. We chose to book this place and we’re glad we did. All of our guest had their own space to get away and sleep comfortable. Al is a wonderful host and we will definitely be back in the future.

The house is beautiful inside and out. It's quaint, but with several modern upgrades. I sat and watched hummingbirds play in the backyard, more than I've ever seen at one time. The neighborhood is quiet and located close to main streets and highways. About a 20 minute or less drive from everything that I needed. I would certainly stay at this location again.

Nice property, definitely good for entertaining. The listing clearly says "no events" but even having your grandma over is considered an event, which I did not know. The max people allowed on the reservation is 9, and those 9 are the only ones allowed on property. Warning: the pool guy and landscapers will show up unannounced, so be prepared. The owner quickly responded to texts asking questions, etc. and is nice. Just firm on no other people allowed.

It’s a great house for a large family or group but could be cleaner. Toilets were very dirty, broken recliner, dishwasher broken, no putter for putting green, etc. Host was very good at responding but place needs some TLC.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with grocery and restaurants nearby. All bathrooms have been updated and the house had plenty of room, beds were comfy and check in was a breeze. Al was very responsive when we had any questions.

The 1st thing that you find out it how large and open this place is. The owner was fantastic, reached out several times to make sure everything was going great. The amenities created a lot of fun, there were six related adults there for a small get together that had a lot of fun just within the property. I will stay there every time I go to the Phoenix area and have more than me and my wife. Thanks for everything Al, it was great.
