A large family room, large bar, poker table, pool table, dartboard area, with walls of glass throughout to enjoy the magnificent views of the bay.
There are 2 pools, 1 2ft pool for children, the center pool is 5ft, perfect for volleyball, or just sit and relax on 1 of the 5 submerged pool bar stools. The pool heaters can be used during the cooler winter months, November to March, at guests request, for a daily charge of $75. Please note, with cold winds blowing or rain, it is simply not possible to keep the pools heated to the optimum temperature.
There are many games to keep everyone entertained, from swimming or Volleyball, basketball to corn-holes, croquet, bocce ball, giant Jenga and more. There are swings for the children to use.
This home has its own private 300ft fishing pier with 2 tier boathouse, relax and enjoy the sun from the second floor of the deck, watch boats cruise by or relax, listening to the lapping water. It is perfect to enjoy day or night-time fishing, lights available for night-time fishing. The sunrises are incredible especially from the dock, often you will see pods of dolphins enjoying the morning undisturbed, truly a beautiful sight to behold, have your camera ready!
The property is very well maintained, with our full-time groundskeeper taking care of the property and landscaping. Trash is taken out on Mondays and Thursdays. Guests are responsible for their trash to be properly bagged and put in the provided trash cans which will be emptied Mondays and Thursdays.
We have a Professional Car Service which can be booked, for airport pickups or drop offs, tours etc. Please let us know if you would like to use this service.

The view alone is worth all the money that we paid. We were a small group that stayed in this house. It was the views and pool that sold us. A plus we were not expecting was the use of a golf cart. My husband and kids enjoyed this more than I enjoyed the view and in fact, I'll probably have to get him one for Christmas now. The views from the master bedroom was absolutely amazing and all of the entertaining possibilities was fantastic. I would stay here again, if given the choice.

We had a remarkable four night stay. Just regret we didn’t stay longer. The view was spectacular and it was just a short distance from the Kemah Boardwalk. This rental was very clean and the overseer (Ralph) was so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed.for an enjoyable stay. And Clay the host was helpful in answering any of questions of concern. Looking forward to coming back again and will highly recommend it to others.

House is fabulous gated very private. We are a3 generation family. Due to hurricane Beryl pier was damaged and off limits so fishermen of the family was disappointed. But we all had a wonderful time playing games and visiting. It rained 2 of 3 days so we were mostly inside

We had a great time! The house is very well stocked and the location/view make this such a great place to gather. The golf cart was a must have for easy access to the boardwalk and we were in the pool for hours each day. We would definitely come here again!

This house is dated, however, everything was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. There is plenty of space with very comfortable beds. The Master Bedroom facing the bay is ENORMOUS! The kitchen is stocked with anything you may need and they even provided a wonderful gift basket with snacks upon arrival. The property manager met us and gave an initial tour of the property, which was very nice. There are many remotes for fans and lights, so you need the information he shares. :-) There is plenty of parking and the property is gated and private.
The pool heater wasn't working, so we were a bit disappointed with that and didn't get to use the pool.. also, the golf cart is an extra charge per day, so be prepared for that payment if you want to use it. It is great to have it though! You can run around in the local town for dinners, a fancy coffee or ice cream without having to move your car.

We had a large group of family and friends, mixed with all ages. Adults, children, and an infant. This property has a ton of room to be spread out and not feel like you are crowded. Everything was very clean and taken care of. The property manager was a great resource to have during the stay, he answered every call and question we had. Just a short walk to the Kemah Boardwalk plus lots of bars and restaurants. The outside pools and fire pit were perfect for entertaining our large group! Loved the pools and fishing dock - we caught about 20+ fish over 3 days the best time was around 8pm!
The owner and caretaker were very responsive to any requests over the booking period and through our 3 day stay.
Highly recommend getting their golf cart for easy access to Kemah Boardwalk it even includes VIP parking!

Booked the house to celebrate our 50th birthdays with some friends from high school. One of the best VRBOs I’ve ever rented. The home owner was very informative. Ralph, the site manager, met us at the house and showed us the property. He was also very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had throughout our stay.

This is a WOW Home! The Views, the beautiful pools and outdoor space, The open living room/bar area a Big Plus! There were 12 adults, and a 1 yr old, 2 yr old and 3 1/2yr old and still tons of room! A HUGE tv that you could see from anywhere in big room/bar or kitchen. The fish tank was a big success with the kids- getting to feed the fish each day. We were there 5 days over Labor Day Weekend and didn't want to leave! Did a quick drive to Kemah Boardwalk for a couple hours.. Did a Fishing trip out of San Leon, Fished off the dock.. Swam a lot in the pool.. Did Tons of cooking, grilling etc. A few things to know- the smaller fridge in laundry room does not keep things very cold so be careful what you put in there.. and the kitchen is great, however definitely needs more utensils, glassware, etc. .There were pots and pans, plates, bowls and coffee cups. We always travel with quite a bit of things-but a lot of people do not. So if you eat out all the time then not an issue. Ralph ( the maintenance /grounds worker) was great! Even came over after arriving late to show how things work. Checked back the next day if everything was going good. Plenty of parking, Beds were comfortable. So busy enjoying the pool and great weather we never even played on the Pool table or Darts. Super awesome having Walmart 3 blocks away, making multiple trips. You will NOT be disappointed with this property! Can't wait to go back!

My siblings & our spouses (7 couples) met up here for a reunion & birthday celebration. The Groundd keeper met us at the site, gave us a tour & went over rules. The location of the house was perfect, walking distance to the boardwalk which had rides, restaurants & bars. There was live music most nights. We also spent time swimming, playing pool, playing cards, and fishing. There was plenty of room in the house so even with 14 people it didn't feel crowded. We also did quite a bit of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked.

This home is incredible! The accommodations are very luxurious and spacious. The view of Galveston Bay is very scenic, and we experienced spectacular sunrises every morning of our stay. The location is very private and quiet as well.
There were 15 of us gathering for a family reunion and 55th birthday celebration for our twin sons. We came from Indiana, California, Virginia, Arkansas and Dallas, Texas. Our ages ranged from 13 months to 79 years old. Everything about this house suited our needs . . . from bedroom configurations, dining room tables, and open living space. Having the use of three refrigerators and an ice maker as well as double ovens, were all perfect for food preparation and storage. Clay quickly met our additional need for a highchair by purchasing a portable one for our use during our stay. This was greatly appreciated and helped us tremendously during mealtime.
The bonus of being able to rent the golf cart was also very much appreciated. Everyone enjoyed the easy access to the Boardwalk that the use of the golf cart provided. We were thankful to be conveniently located to Walmart and Target for grocery shopping and other miscellaneous purchases throughout our stay. The Houston Space Center was also very nearby and a must see/do if at all possible!
I cannot write this review without mentioning how responsive Clay was whenever I had questions before our arrival. Also, Ralph was very helpful and quick to respond if we had any other questions.

This house was amazing. Everything was as advertised and more. The kid pool at the top of the main pool was perfect for our kids, and the unsung hero of the trip was the ice fridge in the bar. Great fishing off the dock in the bay, and was just down the street from the Boardwalk. Truly enjoyed the house and would definitely stay here again.

We traveled down from WI as a three family group of 14. This beautiful house is just as advertised, easily accommodating all of us. The pools were great for enjoying a week in the hot Texas sun. Ralph the caretaker was there at check in to help explain everything and was extremely friendly. Dan’s Pizza and T-Bone Toms are within walking distance and highly recommended. NASA and Astros game were both easy commutes. Good spot to vacation.

This house was fabulous as was the location. The pool set up was great. Some of us played volleyball in one pool and the others lounged in the kiddie pool with our 3 year old. Everyone enjoyed the indoor fun as well including the pool table and card table. The wide open living room made it easy for all of us to be together without feeling crowded. We tried to catch crabs but no luck. We ended up buying crab and shrimp locally and had a delicious boil by the pool. The golf cart added to the fun as we were able to get to the Boardwalk easily. Highly recommend this place.

there are bugs outside ofcourse but there were absolutely no bugs inside, so their pest control definitely works well inside

We stayed in Kemah for a family vacation. There were 14 of us and this home was perfect to house us all. The property is beautiful and close to many fun things in the area. There is currently some road construction around but after driving to the property the first time it was easy to get around.
Our grandchildren had a great time in the pools and there were many things for all to do. Love the ice maker! The new firepit was a hit.
They are in the middle of remodeling this property and the upgrades they are making are a great attention to an already good house. We were the first to come after the first round of remodeling and they worked hard to be ready for us to visit. I gave a four star for cleanliness only because there was some construction still in the works but otherwise a 5 all around.
Security is great, bedrooms are quiet and the aquarium an added treat.
The management were very easy to work with and Clay and Ralph were most helpful.

We had a great stay! It was crazy cold while we were there and it could be setup better to enjoy the location when you’re stuck inside by the weather (only a couple of inside locations look outside), but it is clearly perfect when the weather is normal for Houston!
