Clean and comfortable location that is near the train station with convinent amenities nearby.

Location is near the train station. Host is super helpful and had good recommendations of local eateries. Accommodations was cozy and comfortable.

Perfect, a home from home

It was so cosy and felt like home! Lovely little touches and the breakfast hamper was delicious, especially the home-made jam.

It was a little stuffy but I think that was because I couldn’t leave the door open as it was so rainy!

The breakfast basket was excellent,could not have been any better.

The only thing I can suggest is to put phone numbers on for the recommended pubs and eateries

Beautiful stay with lovely hosts

The bed was lovely and comfortable, the gardens were beautiful. Hosts were really friendly

The only thing was it was very warm weather and the piggery gets quite warm. Other than leaving the doors open there isn’t much air, maybe a fan in the warmer weather days would be a nice addition

Excellent as this was not B&B but supplies were offered

Toilet door extremely noisy for midnight visits. Room very light.. no blackout for people who like to sleep beyond 4.30am

Quaint, peaceful and all round wonderful stay.

Wonderful stay at The Piggery, very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast hamper was a lovely added bonus! The garden was so peaceful, we enjoyed sitting and listening to the birds. Perfect location for exploring the Jurassic Coast. We loved the decor and all the extra touches that had been well thought about. Would recommend staying here & would love to visit again! Thankyou for a fantastic stay!

we had a wonderful time exploring the South Devon area with ‘home away from home’ accommodation

so many things: the piggery was very cosy and comfortable the shower was spacious with great water pressure the complimentary breakfast was unexpected and delightful Tracy has pulled together a very informative area guide which was super handy and explained the tourist spots, restaurants, pubs and takeaways in the region. the piggery was also spotlessly clean

It was only a short visit, but I am very, very pleased with the Piggery and it's hosts.

The organic jam was heavenly. Loved the wee basket of goodies in the morning before I left for the Bovington museum. The homely nature of the Piggery is certain to make anyone feel comfortable and welcomed and I found it very easy to make myself feel at home. The bathroom was plenty sizeable for me which is a bonus, the last few places I've stayed traveling through the UK have had very minimalist bathrooms with showers that I've had to squeeze my arms together in to make room to move about. So the Piggery was a welcome relief.

The only complaint I have is that I could not get the heat rack to work. The bed was very comfy, but a little small lengthwise. Having said that, I am a tall lad so that's on me rather than the room.

Superb accommodation in great location

Great stay, I recommend The Piggery Cottage

The location is great 5-10min drive to Lulworth Cove. The host is very helpful and friendly, providing lots of info on where to eat and places to visit.

The breakfast wasn’t expected and a lovely surprise. Very comfortable bed and quiet location. Lovely little private garden to sit in.

Great location, stylish property with all necessary amenities, good communication from the host

Would have preferred a slightly softer mattress and firmer pillows…but beds are very subjective and it certainly didn’t taint our stay!
