For anniversary weekend out of town, it was the Best And the cleanest it could’ve been. Better than some of the most expensive hotels, and the host were so gracious. I will definitely do it again.

Stayed while in Eugene for the US track and field Olympic trials and our 35th wedding anniversary. It was perfect. Greg and Janie were so kind and attentive. This is a great hideaway for relaxing while still close to the university. Close to great hiking and local trails. Highly recommended!! Will chose it again if ever back in Eugene.

This cottage is so nice!! Everything was new and clean and comfortable. The decor was perfect, just enough and not too much. It was classy and the hosts thought of everything! There were fresh cookies waiting for us when we arrived, there was tea and coffee, fruit and nut bars, and even English muffins for breakfast. The communication was timely and clear. We had one question about the hot water and Greg responded in minutes and helped us get what we needed. I can’t recommend this cottage highly enough. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Eugene!

We spent a week at this treasure and can't say enough about our wonderful experience at this lovely place. The hosts were beyond delightful and helpful and went above and beyond our expectations. Everything was spotless, extremely comfortable bed, luxurious shower and towels, thoughtful snacks and coffees and teas, very conveniently located, beautiful outdoor courtyard. We could go on and on!

The perfect little spot! Everything was very clean and lovely and just the right size for a two person getaway. the hosts were gracious and gave us lots of privacy and had great communication! Relaxing in the hot tub and lounging on the patio was such a nice treat after running around all day! Highly recommend staying here if you want a sweet little place to stay while exploring the area.

This listing is everything it promises and more. The hosts were accessible and friendly, even bringing us pumpkin bread (after texting first). We slept so well, we are looking into buying the same mattress! We were visiting our Oregon Duck, and this VRBO was a great place to sleep, shower, and recharge between college activities. Our trip was made better by this warm hospitality.

We felt like royalty with our own reserved spot in the driveway. The backyard cottage is absolutely beautiful! So much attention to detail and every effort was made to make us feel 100% comfortable and at home. Super clean, super quiet and calm feeling. Just lovely!!

This is a very comfortable small guest suite, separate from the main house, located about 15 minutes from downtown Eugene. The place is clean and secure with the softest towels and sheets and many extra amenities. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. If you are traveling to Eugene, or simply want a great home base whilst exploring the beauty of Oregon, this studio is perfect. My son and I have stayed in many vrbos, and this one takes the top spot.

This place allowed us two nights of lodging during the World Championship Oregon 22 events. Greg and Janie where accommodating in so many ways during our short stay. The efficiency unit was small but well laid out, clean, pleasantly furnished and with a very pleasant outdoor area. I would highly recommend.

My wife and I visited Eugene to attend the Oregon Country Fair and enjoy the downtown area. This cottage property worked perfectly for us. It was amazingly clean, beautifully decorated, and had just the right amount of privacy with easy access to downtown. Our hosts were super-friendly and helpful. All in all, highly recommended!

Such a great space! As advertised but way better. Very clean, cozy, and peaceful atmosphere. Close to everything we needed to get to, the hosts are kind, thoughtful, and communicative, the space was very well designed and perfect for our needs. As another reviewer mentioned, the space is in the back of the main house and there's a lovely gravel pathway with beautiful landscaping... but you will need to carry your suitcase if it's on rollers. We would absolutely stay here again if we needed a place in the Eugene/ junction city area. Thank you, Greg and Janie, for making such a great "home" away from home for us.

Booked this cottage for a weekend stay over Faerieworlds festival. As a vendor of this event it was so lovely to be able to come “home” to a quiet, private, clean space. And the hot tub was a nice treat after a long day of fairy-ing. The hosts were very communicative and even provided some much needed snacks. Thank you!
