Cel mai bun hotel din Cluj

Hotel excellent, totul era perfect. Amabilotatea si receptivitatea personalului, paturi foarte confortabile, cina in restaurant era la nota 10+, iar micul dejun era cel mai bun din Romania. Fructe, delicii, delicatese, tot ce vrei.

Location and cleaness

Expensive and the fact that you have to pay for parking. This was insane.

First of all the rezervation was made complicated by the staff. After my email they didn’t reply. After 24 hours I called again and they than replied me with an offer 3x times of the previous price.( I had to book on booking.com for half of the price!!! After my chekin I entered the room 319. I could here my neighbor every move and I think so could he

Hotel molto bello, camera confortevole anche se non grandissima, mi è piaciuta tanto. Minibar fornitissimo.Pulizia eccellente e staff molto cordiale e disponibile. La colazione molto ricca, con prodotti di qualità.

Endroit et personnnel agréable, nourriture bonne avec deux restos

L'emplacement près du parc est près du centre est parfait; Le petit déjeune est incroyable, frais,, diversifié en buffet ou à la carte

Ma seule déception est qu'il est mit sur booking "baignoire" hors ceci n'est possible que dans les suites et pas dans les chambres

Alles war perfekt. Das Personal ist sehr gut ausgebildet, und ich meine alle Hotelangestellten, mit denen ich zu tun hatte. Im Restaurant wurde besonders auf die genannten Allergien geachtet. Der Service an der Bar und im Restaurant war freundlich und unkompliziert, aber tadellos. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind sehr schön, professionell gestaltet, die Zimmer sind perfekt auf die Bedürfnisse der Touristen abgestimmt. Das Essen ist lecker, der Kaffee an der Bar sehr gut. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und von guter Qualität.

Alles war sehr schön und gut. Es ist wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.

Mordernes, sehr sauberes Hotel mit verbesserungsfähigen Frühstück

Sehr grosse, moderne und gepflegte Zimmer. Sehr zentral und gleichzeitig ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Sehr sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Frühstück ist definitiv nicht 4 oder 5 Sterne, einzig die Bestelloptionen (immerhin im Preis inbegriffen) waren gut, restliches Frühstück in jeder Hinsicht dem restlichen Hotel nicht angemessen

Great new hotel

Brand New hotel, located in the central park of Cluj-Napoca. Very clean and specious. Very good breakfast. The staff was great and helpful.

I asked for a room in a high floor, but didn't get it. A little bit far from the city center.

Great choice, we will return when we visit again Cluj-Napoca.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. We received an upgrade we really enjoyed. Very good and varied breakfast. We also enjoyed the restaurant dishes and service for one dinner. Next to Central Park, 20 minutes walk to the City Center.
