Great space for large groups looking to have a fun vacation! All is as advertised and totally worth it!

I booked a house for my employees and I for our annual trip to Florida. I chose a house at Lauderdale by the sea for its close proximity to Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas Blvd. the day we were to check in. I was sent an email stating that the property had a plumbing issue and they were changing us to a property in Hollywood. Although the property met all of our needs it was quite a bit out-of-the-way especially with all of the spring break traffic. it took us 40 minutes to get back-and-forth to Fort Lauderdale each day. I was hoping to not have to drive as much especially after a long day all in all everything worked out.

The house was beautiful and big enough for our large group. We loved the pool and jacuzzi. The soap and other supplies provided were ample and convenient. The proximity to the beach is nice, a short 3 blocks. We had a great time. That being said, the property is in need of some maintenance. Some of the gym equipment is broken, the temperature adjustment for the walk in bathtub downstairs did not work well, there was a broken door to a bathroom, which was a little inconvenient and a few other minor repairs needed. The on-demand water heaters had to be reset often, as it seemed like the wind would blow them out. The beds are not very comfortable. My son actually went and purchased a blow up mattress because his back hurt so bad. The property managers are very attentive and got back to us right away with any problems. I did not personally care for some of the papers they made me sign. I know they have an expensive home to protect, but I feel like the wording of the contracts they required me to sign, did not protect my interests and could be reworded so as to protect the owner and the person renting the property. I also was not prepared for the cash deposit they required. Overall it was very enjoyable and we had a wonderful time. Thank you for a nice stay in your beautiful home.

Upon arrival we were impressed with size and clean appearance of the rental. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all of us. The Pool was a great bonus to us and so many restaurants and the beach were all with-in walking distance. A-1 location. After there for a day we noticed some problems with walkway around pool tiles loose and trip hazzard. The hot tub over flows into the pool and the water recirculates thus keeping the pool water above bath water. I had to turn the hot tub off and the water still was too hot when we left. The exercise equipment was not beneficial and air hockey game didn't work either. Place had plenty of kitchen equipment etc... We did need 1 or 2 extra frying pans. Had to cook one thing at a time at breakfast. Overall we had a great time and would go back with a few updates.

We had an amazing time in this house. Any problems we had Chet was extremely accommodating. The house had all the things we needed for a weeks stay. The walk to the beach and restaurant was a very short one, even our you kids could walk it very easily. Thank you so much for the great stay.
