The location of this stunning lagoon view 2 bedroom/ 3 full bathroom villa is outstanding as it’s across the street from the beach, a block from the Coligny Plaza shops, restaurants & beach bars and adjacent to the beautiful Lowcountry Celebration Park. Villa is on the complex’s top floor and features a spacious contemporary living room with an eye catching stone wall, spacious granite kitchen equipped with everything you’ll need to cook meals, balcony that overlooks a lagoon, upgraded WiFi, lots of beach/recreational amenities, 5 bikes and an underground parking garage with luggage carts to make unloading a snap. Villa comes with free tennis and pickle ball courts and a wonderful pool for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an oversized chair that easily converts to a twin bed. The second bedroom features a twin XL over queen with twin XL pullout trundle bunk bed. The living room also has an oversized chair that easily converts to a twin bed. The villa is 1,160 square feet and comfortably sleeps 8 people and offers guests a relaxing place to enjoy their vacation, along with the convenience of being a short one block walk to shops, restaurants and beach bars.

As owners we try hard to ensure your vacation is hassle free making sure your villa has everything you’ll need for a perfect beach getaway including beach: chairs, umbrellas, wagon, towels, pails/shovels/sand molds, kites, boogie boards as well as tennis/pickle ball rackets & balls, rain gear, and bikes, helmets & bike lights.

Our bikes are located in the complex’s underground parking garage. Although our rental listing title says we have 5 bikes, we attempt to keep 7 on hand in case a couple are ever out of commission, which happens due to the extreme wear & tear that the sand & salt water have on the bikes. We ask that our guests understand these bikes are just an added perk to our condo and we do not increase our rates to account for the cost of them. Due to the effects of the sand, salt water & island’s humidity guests should not expect these bikes to be new-like & it’s up to each guest to inspect the bikes prior to riding to ensure they meet your safety standards since we are not able to inspect the bikes after every guest turnover.

We were very pleased with the condo. Everything was as described if not better. I was very impressed with how clean everything was. The master bed was incredibly comfortable and the master bath was lovely. The Coligny area is densely crowded this time of year so we didn't try to take the bikes out. I would highly recommend this condo!

My family and I loved our stay! It was our first time in Hilton Head, SC. Coligny Beach was within walking distance. We only stayed one night but we wished we had stayed longer. We enjoyed the beach both the night we arrived and the morning before we left. Tip: bring your own beach towels!! We'll be back soon!

The condo was fine. We had a couple of minor complaints such as the auxiliary ice maker not functioning and challenges using the dryer, but overall the unit is as advertised and is nice. Very clean and roomy.

Beautiful condo that the owners go all out to make sure you have everything you need. It’s a little bit of a walk to get into the beach, so don’t hesitate to use the cart the owners provide to bring out the chairs, boogie boards and sand toys that the owners also provide. Also a very short walk to all of the food options you could want. Literally park and never need your car for the entire stay!

Loved our stay at Forest Beach Villas. Close walking distance to many of the attractions at Hilton Head. Everything was just as described. Highly recommend this unit.

Very convenient location with close beach access. The owners thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and convenient. Just pack your clothes and food, everything else is provided. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Has personal dry bar and all beach supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was located perfectly for those who wish to park and walk or ride bikes to just about everything that they need to have for the week. It was clean and everything was labeled (ceiling fan lights, remotes to TV's). This help assist us with how to work things in the condo. I could not speak more highly of the condo. It was perfect for our family of 4 and could have held one or two more easily. The managers of the property reached out to make sure we made it in ok and were happy with everything along with giving us their number to reach out if we needed anything. Top notch service! I would definately stay there again!

Family of 4 spent a long weekend here for Mother’s Day weekend! The location is a short walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza - lots of things for the kids to do outside of spending time on the beach. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out. The balcony overlooks a small pond and we enjoyed watching the turtles and alligators interact (from a distance)! The kitchen closet has all the beach items you will need plus tennis/pickle ball items to enjoy at the on-site courts. The pool was clean and nice to relax at when we were not at the beach. We will definitely book this rental again when visiting HHI.

The unit was very well set-up for our extended stay. Karen and David have thought of everything. Location can't be beat. Was able to walk to Coligny plaza and the beach everyday. Had a few concerns while we were staying and owners were very quick to respond and fix them.

Beautiful condo, perfect location to Coligny Plaza and the beach. Easy walk to Coligny and the beach. The condo is breathtakingly beautiful and has everything you need. I am so appreciative of the living room chair that made into a bed, and the additional full bathroom downstairs. I recently had knee surgery and the chair/bed was so comfortable to sleep in and so convenient to have a full bath downstairs. The two upstairs bedrooms and two upstairs bathrooms are beautiful. So great to have a washer dryer in the unit. I appreciate the book with all the instructions and information about the condo and nearby restaurants and the area. It was so thoughtful and helpful. You will feel so relaxed in this lovely condo. The condo is immaculate and has everything you need. We loved our stay and look forward to many more stays in the future.

My wife and I came for a long weekend to relax, visit with friends and get some sun. The condo is beautiful and well decorated. We used the bikes on several occasions. We walked to Coligny Square and the beach several times. Location, location, location! This spacious condo is near everything you need for a vacation. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back to HHI!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The location was convenient to the beach, shopping, dining, groceries, and a very nice park. Having bikes included to explore these places was a huge perk. The place was beautifully decorated and spotless, with everything you could possibly need, including beach stuff, kitchen supplies, and toiletries. The bathrooms were amazing (3 full bathrooms with nice showers and a tub/shower combo) and there were plenty of good sleeping options between the 2 bedrooms and living room. There was even a bar. The communication and information provided was super helpful. We are so grateful to have stayed here and highly recommend! Thanks for having us.

Perfect place!!! I don't know where to start. The location is phenomenal! Everything including the beach is within walking distance. Parking garage and luggage cart is so convenient!!! The condo is better than described. It was better than my husband and I expected. The owner is wonderful! She had a minor repair that she notified me about, but had it resolved before we arrived. The condo was spotless and decorated so beautifully. My only complaint was that it was so wonderful we hated to leave. You're making a mistake if you don't stay here.

For our second time visiting Hilton Head we knew we wanted to stay near Coligny. This condo was the perfect distance to Coligny and the beach. The fact that bicycles and beach equipment were provided is what sealed the deal, but having two separate floors and three full bathrooms was a game changer for my family of 5 which includes my wife and 3 teenage/early 20’s daughters. Any questions I had for the owners were answered quickly and the check in process couldn’t be easier. We would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we stepped inside the condo, I was very impressed with the cleanliness. To me that is of most important. Beautifully decorated, provided every thing needed and lots of extra touches show Karen and Dave wanted us to have a wonderful time. Honestly, I can’t say enough…it was everything they say and more! This was my family's 1st visit to Hilton Head Island and this condo was perfect. We have 5 children and 2 adults. We were all able to comfortably sleep and have enough room to spread out.Having the 3 showers was very convenient. After a long day at the beach be able to wash off for the evening. This condo had absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay. It was wonderful having the beach cart and all the beach toys and chairs right at our convenience. The location was great because the beach was just a short walk away along with many stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend this condo for your stay in Hilton Head.

We would give it 5+ stars if not for the smell of sewer/septic in the master shower. The smell would come and go as one takes a shower. It's barely noticable, but it's there. Floors needed a wash not just the vacuuming. Probably pest control won't hurt: ants in the master shower and living room. Otherwise, it's a fantastic property in the great location. We probably would rent there again.
