You will never want to leave The Springs this striking property is a spacious 5-bedroom home suitable for families or large groups, offering a relaxed atmosphere with various amenities. All with a Palm Spring beach vibe.
It features a large lawn for outdoor activities, multiple bedrooms with heating, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Guests can enjoy the outdoor kitchen, alfresco dining area, and proximity to the beach and local amenities.
Linen and towels are not provided but can be hired. Pets are welcome,
You’ll be captivated by this charming 5-bedroom light drenched home, perfect for large families or mature groups seeking a relaxing retreat.
It’s an ideal place to unwind and create lasting memories, with its spacious front lawn perfect for friendly games or simply soaking up the sun. Nestled behind a tall fence, providing a sense of security for your little ones or pets, you can escape the beach crowds when needed.
As you drive up the driveway, your holiday begins the moment you step out of the car.
Please be aware that only 6 adults are allowed due to the bunk beds being more suitable for children, but feel free to contact us for details on bedding arrangements.
The ground floor boasts 4 bedrooms, (1 x King bed 1 x Queen bed and 2 exactly the same with bunks double on the bottom and single on the top) The King room has an ensuite and the other room all have with a built-in robs and a desk for urgent tasks.
Upstairs, you’ll find another bedroom featuring a Queen bed, making a total of 5 bedrooms.
Additionally, there’s a downstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate bath, along with laundry facilities.
Each bedroom is equipped with Nobo style heaters, and the upstairs area has a reverse-cycle air conditioner.
Please note that linen and towels are not included but can be arranged with prior notice with QCHB.
Upstairs, a spacious open-plan living and dining area provides a relaxed ambiance with its floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is practical and well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and other essential amenities. Step outside through double sliding doors to a large deck with an outdoor kitchen and a cozy dining/lounge area, perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink on a warm summer day.
Conveniently located near the footy oval and Front Springs Beach, with the shopping village a leisurely 10-minute walk away. The Lonsdale Links golf course is a short drive, and there’s a bike track for cycling adventures into Queenscliff or along the rail trail.
LINEN: – BYO bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels, bathmats & tea towels)
Linen hire available by prior arrangement (you can order as an extra when you place a booking)
Bedding: Bed sizes are 1 King, 2 queen, 2 x double and 2 x singles. Doonas are the same sizes as the beds.
CAN YOU BRING PETS: YES, we love Fur Babies! Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at no additional cost. Your well-behaved fur baby is welcome but not permitted on the furniture and we ask you do not leave them unattended at a strange home as they can become upset and vocalise which would upset neighbours. Please bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc.
PARTIES: Parties are NOT permitted. This is a quiet residential area with mostly permanent residences – we ask guests to be considerate of the neighbours and ensure they are not disturbed with loud noise.
FRONT LAWN: Please do NOT park cars on the front lawn as there is an underground watering system that gets damaged.
*Deposit or Full payment will be processed as soon as the booking is confirmed.
*$100 booking fee is non-refundable as this booking is powered by QCHB, so do yourself a favour and read up on their T&C's on their website.

I spent the weekend catching up with family and friends and this house was perfect for that. Great house in a great location.

We loved the layout and location of the property. Close enough to the beach and shops but private with all the amenities we needed.

While the house and garden were lovely and spacious and in a great location, we were disappointed about the condition in which we found some things, such as: Cutlery drawers, utensils and cooking equipment were very dirty (we chose to return home to get our own cooking equipment and utensils). There were stained doonas and mattress covers in some of the bedrooms.
These issues impacted the quality of our stay unfortunately. Whilst not significant on their own, it did take the shine off our stay.

We had a wonderful week at ‘Springs’ with friends and family. The place is perfect for a beach side getaway. Even with cooler wintery November December weather, the home was warm upstairs with plenty of space for people to lounge, relax and chat. We loved the location and felt so at home. Will definitely book again!

Perfect in every way. Plenty of bedrooms . Everything available in the house. Close to the beach. Easy access to neighbouring towns. Best holiday i have ever had. Thankyou

Our stay was lovely the living area is incredibly spacious and the rooms are all very clean and comfortable! The outdoor decking area is also perfect for entertaining!

Property was excellent and entry seamless

The communication between the property management was very good and prompt normally replying within the next business day.
The location was good, about 5-10min walk to the foreshore and about a 20min walk to the dog beach.
We were pleased with the owner allowing us to bring an extra dog and the fencing is very secure even for bigger dogs. ~2m high.
The negatives were, the property was advertised with a shade sail on the deck which faces the north west but it was unavailable as the owner had said it was damaged a couple of weeks ago. A replacement (quick trip to Bunnings) would have been appreciated given the afternoon sun on the west is hot so the area was essentially unused.
Being a double storey the ground floor was able to here everything upstairs this is unavoidable (not the biggest issue unless you have a 5month old trying to sleep, not a complaint just a heads up to others)
The top floor also doesn't have any blinds to keep the afternoon sun out or to stop people from being able to see in from the street, felt like we were in the Myer windows when people walked passed and would stare in at us eating dinner.
Overall though pretty good ⭐⭐⭐⭐
