About this farm stay rental
Relax in the country setting which is conveniently located to natures greatest places such as Dupont Forest, Sliding Rock and Blue Ridge Parkway. If that's not your idea of fun, Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville with unique shopping is just a short distance away. Conveniently located between Brevard, Hendersonville and Asheville. This is the place you want to be. Property is close to the airport, many variety of breweries, restaurants, grocery stores and so much more. You can even relax at home with many amenities including the hot tub, outdoor fire pit or just relax on one of the porches and listen to the water feature. We also wanted to let all of our guest know that there are outside security cameras. One is on the entrance showing the gate as well as the parking area...one is on the back which is facing the fire pit it also sheds light on the hot tub for safety when getting in and out of tub but it does NOT show the actual hot tub area...the other one is on the side facing the highway and pasture area. These are mostly here for our being able to see the property when it is not occupied.....

I’ve stayed in many rentals before but nothing like this! Clean and tastefully decorated home. You have to experience staying here. The pictures do not do it justice. If you do like to cook, make sure to bring your spices. We will definitely stay here again next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous house! It was like living inside a lesson of Interior Design! The house is beautifully decorated with lovely touches of conveniences and elegance throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked with beautiful appliances and dishes.....everything you would need and more! Linda even had labels everywhere so we would know where to put things back or what light switch went with what light. Woman after my own heart! The outside was just as magnificent with a beautiful waterfall just off the screened in porch, hot tub, firepit, beautiful gardens and scrubs. In the mornings and evenings we would watch the cows in the next pasture, deer roaming and wild turkeys with their families. Magnificent!! We fell in love with this part of the country and just might move here!

The host Linda was readily available for any
Thing we needed. The house is perfect, it was my husband, myself and our two teenage boys. We had plenty of space, and the home was immaculate, clean and had everything we needed. We cooked in one night and the kitchen was well stocked . The outdoors was so much fun for us and the boys . After a long day a soak in the hot tub was relaxing while listening to the waterfall feature . The sunset was beautiful. In the back yard we saw deer , rabbits and otters . We played horseshoes and cornhole. We truly enjoyed ourselves and will be back again next year . Thank you for making our vacation here truly memorable.

Dahlias will be bloomimg soon and it has a kids fairy garden .If you like seafood be sure and eat at the Salty Landing .Highly recommend .

I would give this property and its lovely owners a 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Linda and her husband have done a phenomenal job with this property! It’s warm, inviting, comfortable and so impeccably clean it’s unreal. Everything is absolutely organized and labeled and it has all the amenities you could ask for! Only 10 minutes to the Asheville airport and less than 30 to downtown Asheville. There are plenty of grocery stores and breweries close by as well!
The property is right off a busy road but you would never know! The lovely water feature, hot tub and fire pit were awesome. The gourmet kitchen is so nice! They literally thought of everything.
I spoke with Linda a few weeks before our trip and she was so kind to offer us helpful advice for places to visit, eat and grocery shop. She even offered to pick up a grocery order and deliver it to the house if we wanted to do that! So kind.
She was available when I had a minor issue operating the hot tub and her husband stopped right over. They are lovely people and you can tell they really take pride in owning this property and hosting folks with that true southern charm.
Thank you so much! We will definitely be back! Staying here made my 40th birthday weekend celebrations all that much sweeter. My entire group was sad to leave Sunday and said they loved the house!

I just cant say enough about our stay here! It was pure magic! The moonlight, the sunrise,
& the sunsets were all a spectacle that was amplified by gorgeous view from the patios. Linda was a true professional, and just an all around pleasure as a host! Thank you for making our stay special.

We were all very impressed with the place. The outdoor space is very relaxing with the water feature and hot tub. There is plenty of space inside and the house was very clean. The location is also close to the Asheville airport and other areas of interest.

The house and property is beautiful, very clean. love that we had pots and pans that wasn’t cheap and all scratched up. Very relaxing place. Linda was very responsive with any questions that I had. Will definitely stay again when we go back…

We came to visit and hang with family in the area. House was amazing for the 5 of us, including 2 kids ages 4&8. House was clean with all the things you would need. Rooms perfect, and beds were so comfortable. Grounds were beautiful and great for the kids to run around! Hot tub and firepit were such a plus!!! House is off a busy road, but the water feature in the back drowns out the car noise. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

This house is beautiful. It is newly renovated, and has wonderful amenities. The kitchen is gorgeous, the hot tub is really nice, and the bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. I highly recommend this place, my wife and I will be back.

We absolutely LOVED staying here. It was far enough out that we weren’t right in the middle of everything, but close enough to go to the grocery store or out to eat. The home was absolutely gorgeous. It rained our first full day there, but we were content just staying in. The hot tub was an added bonus. The layout was great and the kitchen was fully stocked. We will definitely be back!

Perfect in every way, nothing had been overlooked, beautiful throughout. Good location to get everywhere.
We had a great stay and would definitely rent again next time we visit Asheville.

Short Review – Perfect place to get away while living in style & comfort! So MANY details that made this location stand out from anything we have ever experienced! It was stocked with things you wouldn’t expect & VERY clean! The owners were not only friendly, but also attentive & willing to make our stay perfect
Detailed Review – Very well renovated home! No expense was spared. Everything was exquisite! We loved that the switches were labeled & the gas fireplace was simple to use. The kids loved being able to light the fireplace without assistance. There was a welcome binder that had everything you could think of (emergency #’s, attractions & any type of store you might need during your stay). They even included menus. The mattresses were heavenly, it was hard to wake up! There was a selection of games inside, as well as outside to enjoy. The firepit was beautifully designed & the hot tub was a fun luxury. There were full size mirrors, plenty of hangers, a washer/dryer, a laundry hamper in every room, & several towel bars and hooks, which seem to be overlooked at other places. The water feature was so beautiful & relaxing! This location was so exquisitely designed, that it truly felt like staying in someone’s cozy, yet luxurious home rather than a hotel. Linda even had a bottle of wine, an opener, & 2 glasses on the counter to welcome us when we arrived. She was a wonderful host! We would absolutely recommend staying here & would do it again in a heartbeat!

We all loved staying here. The house is perfect! Great location, well stocked, and very clean. The waterfall by the screened in porch is so relaxing especially while enjoying the hot tub. Unfortunately it was too windy to enjoy the fire pit. We will definitely tell others about this place and will stay again if we ever get back to Asheville!

If I have to summarize our experience in just one word, it would be PERFECTION.
My husband, my parents and I wanted to spend the Thanksgiving week on a nice location and Asheville came out to my mind as the perfect destination. What I couldn’t imagine then was how amazing our trip would have been just because of this beautiful home and Linda’s amazing hospitality. I have been talking to Linda for weeks before our trip and she was so kind and attentive that she gave us suggestions for our Thanksgiving dinner food and not only that but she also offered to pick it up for us and delivery at the house. Linda was super communicative and friendly that I have to say she made our stay just perfect and gave us the best Thanksgiving week ever!
About the house, there is not a single thing I would change about the house, it is extremely beautiful and peaceful. Linda has the house beautifully decorated and shining clean. Everything in the house is labeled and with detailed instructions for ease of use. You have absolutely everything you need. The location couldn’t be better, with supermarket and gas stations close, and short distance to anything you plan to do: Biltmore village, Biltmore Estate, Downtown Asheville and Blue Ridge Parkway, but at the same time far enough from crowded city places to let you wake up quietly and surrounded by nature.
There are simply not enough words that could express how happy we left and how grateful we are for Linda’s hospitality! We’ll be back!

Great stay. Only negative is that there is road noise. No one noticed except me- light sleeper.

The property was beautiful, well decorated and very clean. All light switches labeled, very helpful. Nicely appointed, leather chairs, tree root table in foyer was gorgeous. The property backed up to a bunch of farm pasture which was nice, green, and full of fresh air. Only down side was the front of house is just off a main drag that can be loud. The hot tub and water feature in the rear do their best to combat that, but at times is still present.
It was a little farther away from Asheville than anticipated but that’s on me. And most of what we did was in West Asheville. Blue Ridge parkway was gorgeous. Hole Donuts were amazing, Bold Rock Cider was great and close by on a nice piece of land. We had a great weekend. Thanks!

This is a WONDERFUL PROPERTY! This is a WONDERFUL LOCATION! These are WONDERFUL HOSTS! WONDER, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL!
We wanted to explore Asheville and Hendersonville, NC while also working remotely. This house fit the bill perfectly. We loved the modern, secluded farmhouse feel! Linda is a caring, gracious host and her meticulous touch showed in this property! Everything in the home is modern, well-appointed and comfortable! Every accommodation listed in the house description is true and superb! There’s fantastic landscaping with lots of land to walk around on and explore along with yard games! The waterfall fixture is truly AMAZING and relaxing while sitting on the deck or in the screened in porch. This is a tranquil place! At one point, I was so relaxed between working on my computer remotely and sitting/listening to the waterfalls, I could not resist texting Linda at that very moment to tell her how GREAT her property was (Wow, I’ve NEVER done that before at ANY rental location)! Do not hesitate reserving this property! We are already looking into when we will return!! The property is within easy drives to all types of attractions and restaurants, where we had our share of great southern cuisine and more! Each drive felt like a drive from the countryside into town and back. What a great feeling! Can’t wait to get back! Linda, John thanks for your hospitality, we shall return(I can’t say it enough,HAHAHA!)!

I cannot say enough about this house, the property, the location, the owners....I could go on for days. This was a 5-day summer vacation for my husband, daughter and I, and this house was quite possibly the best part of our trip - and we had a great visit to NC!!
The property itself was beautiful. The house sits on top of a slight hill, surrounded by lush greenery, nearby creek and pasture. Every day we saw woodchucks, deer and wild turkeys. The horse shoe and bags set made for a great post-dinner activity. The "patio" (that word is an understatement) is beautiful. A firepit surrounded by chairs and twinkle lights. A hot tub. A waterfall. It went on and on.
The gated entry made our arrival that much more surreal. The second you step inside this house is the very moment you realize it's going to be very hard to leave. Every room was impeccably decorated. You could tell that every detail was carefully chosen. The house was IMMACULATE, from top to bottom, inside and out.
The location was perfect for day trips to incredible hiking, Asheville, breweries, other attractions, and 5 minutes from the grocery store.
Before I run out of characters for this review, we owe a special 'thank you' to Linda and her family (owners). She made sure we had everything we needed - including the bottle of wine waiting for us after 11 hours of driving :) I can't say enough about how lovely she was (is), and how much we look forward to returning to her beautifuil property.

Whether you are an outdoor enthusiast, foodie or small town adventurer this is the place for you. Property is centrally located to the Blue Ridge Scenic Highway, Hendersonville and Asheville.
We had the pleasure to stay at this lovely serene Mountain View property this 4th of July holiday. The newly remodeled home is well appointed with everything needed. The kitchen is a cook’s dream. Each bedroom is posh and very relaxing.
The outdoor living and entertaining space offers you and your guests hours of fun. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of exploring. Follow that up with a friendly game of corn hole and close out the night by the fire pit gazing at the starry sky.
Booking/communication with the owner was prompt and easy.
We are looking forward to returning to this home and highly recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional property near Asheville that is both luxurious and family-friendly! This stunning property exceeded all of my family’s expectations, and we are happy to share our experience with others via this review.
The first thing that caught our attention as we arrived was the beautiful hot tub on the deck overlooking the property’s water feature and serene surroundings. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring with the family. The hot tub was immaculately clean and well-maintained, as was everything in the property. Plus, the hot tub was large enough to comfortably accommodate our entire family of 5!
The property itself was absolutely stunning, with beautiful and modern decor throughout. It was clear that a lot of thought and care had been put into every detail, making for an incredibly comfortable and luxurious stay. The beds were so comfortable that even my kids slept well, and the living room was spacious enough for us all to relax and spend time together.
The location of the property was also ideal, just a short drive from all of Asheville and Hendersonville's most popular family-friendly attractions. We loved being able to explore during the day and then come back to our private oasis in the evening.
Overall, I can't recommend this property enough for both its luxury and family-friendly qualities! If you're looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway with family or just adult friends near Asheville, this is the perfect property for you. Thank you to the host for creating such an exceptional experience for us and accommodating all of our bespoke requests! Southern hospitality is truly alive with this property and host.

This property was very beautiful and the location was perfect, equal distance from Asheville as it was to some great hikes! One thing I would have liked to be informed about was the ring flood light cameras located at the front and back of the home, which should have been disclosed on the property description and security page but was not. Knowing we were being watched did not make us feel very comfortable and would probably have been a deciding factor when booking this property. We have ring cameras on our home ourselves and know how they work, we would have enjoyed the jacuzzi more if the light was not automatically turning on and off every time motion was detected. Other than that our stay was great and the property itself was well designed, beautiful, and great for a family vacation to the mountains!

Spent a long weekend here with family. House was beautiful, clean, comfortable and relaxing. Easy to communicate with owner, accommodating when we had to change dates! Great location for both visiting downtown Asheville, Biltmore, and hiking at DuPont State Forest. Enjoyed to hot tub, games, and horseshoes. Would stay again.

My family and I had stayed here during thanksgiving weekend. Upon arrival the view of the house was spectacular. Inside the house was everything like the pictures. Everyone favorite spot of the house was the family living room but we mostly hung out in the kitchen. It was spacious and bright. We all gathered and enjoyed the outside fire pit. We definitely made s’mores. Aesthetically the house was well decorated. Beds were extremely comfortable. The hot tub was a huge plus for the adults. During cold times the hot tub made our night at ease to enjoy. The little ones enjoy the space too! They were able to freely run outside or in front of the house. We had a family thanksgiving dinner one of the nights and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Very nature oriented and plenty of wildlife around. Our host Linda was amazing. Super friendly and communicative. Overall highly recommend staying here! We hope to be back and will book again.

We found the perfect place for a girls getaway near Asheville. We picked this house because it is so close to the airport (an easy 8 minute drive), then were blown away buy the charm and cuteness in every room. We loved the decor so much we asked Linda where she found everything and spent a day shopping looking for all the cute accessories.
The house is a short 25min drive to Biltmore and within minutes of tons of wineries & breweries.
The outdoor area with fire-pit & hot tub is amazing and the cozy living room with gas fireplace was a great place to watch some college football.
We cooked several meals in the well stocked kitchen too!!
We will definitely be back next year!!
Thank you Linda. Your house is perfection!!!

My family rented this home for a short getaway and ended up changing our plans in Asheville so that we could spend more time at the house! The home is newly renovated and impeccably furnished. We spent lazy mornings playing board games by the gas fire and enjoying the autumn colors from the hot tub. Linda was very communicative and responsive to our questions. The house is just a 20 minute drive from downtown Asheville and very close to the airport; it is centrally located while still feeling away from it all. We will definitely be coming back!

We've stayed in this area at least 5 times in the last 3 years. Linda's home is by far the best, and we hope to return annually. The outdoor space is fantastic, with a huge fire pit, clean hot tub, al fresco dining on the screened porch or by the grill. The waterfall and landscaping are beautiful and we noticed no road noise yet were 5-10 minutes from groceries, dining, and biking activities. Twenty minutes had us in Hendersonville, Brevard, or parts of Asheville or in Dupont and Pisgah for great biking. Linda's home is the first we've staying where we actually changed our plans because we wanted to spend time IN the house. The kitchen is well appointed with pots and pans of all sizes, blender, mixer, toaster, Keurig, indoor and outdoor dishes. Blackout shades in the bedrooms helped us sleep in after our active days. Our tween boys enjoyed the music from the TVs, corn hole in the backyard, and wildlife (we saw a white squirrel, groundhog, wild turkeys, deer, and (not so wild) cows). While we were only 4 in our group, I believe 6 could be fit well if all shared beds (which were so comfortable). Linda even had a fall scarecrow and pumpkin display out front and a bottle of wine in the house to greet us when we arrived. She clearly has great attention to detail and I expect will care well for this rental. We were a little unsure about staying at a place that did not have reviews, but we hit the jackpot!
