No doute, the host Camilla who is so nice ready to do everything to make our stay enjoyable.
The villa is very clean and the room really confortable.
At first impression, the location seems not the best...but when you visit the area you see that this is not so bad. In the Middle of the West of the amalfitain coast

The location is perfect if you prefer the quiet and away from the tourist noise, and it's situated in between both Sorrento and Positano. Camilla, our host, goes over and beyond at preparing a well balanced breakfast. Camilla also is willing to accommodate special requests i.e. she mailed postcards for us back to the states to our grandchildren. We enjoyed our 3 night stay in Villa Maiki.

Die Besitzerin war sehr nett und kommunikativ, und die Aussicht war auch wunderschön.

Alloggio molto carino e ben strutturato. Proprietaria gentilissima e super disponibile

A very pleasant and comfortable stay in this superbly located and scenic villa. The host was super welcoming and provided a number of location recommendations. The continental breakfast was extensive and fresh. Highly recommended.

The host is super great, very polite and friendly. If you are first time visiting Italy, you will not regret choosing here. The view from the room is also great. I really recommend this place.

Because I had to find a place for a relatively long time (9 nights) and with 2 small children (7, 9) so it took me a long time to find a suitable place and luckily I don't regret it for a moment.
The house is in an excellent location if you want to get to know the Amalfi area. There were comments here regarding a narrow path on the way to the house and problems with public transportation, so it is important to understand that the entire Amalfi area has narrow and winding roads and this is an area that needs to be traveled by car, in my opinion.
Rooms with a large space (high ceiling in the rooms) everything is air-conditioned.
Camilla gave us personal attention at a high level, everything in the house is new and well designed, very clean, every day our rooms were cleaned like in a hotel ! During the whole period I contacted Camila with all kinds of help questions on WhatsApp and she always helped me with joy, it was very comfortable. At breakfast we ate a lot and it was very tasty. Eggs with bacon, salads from Camilla's garden, fine tea, many bakery products products and a lemon cake that I loved with coffee.
I didn't feel any disadvantages

Camilla is a wonderful host. She was very helpful with providing local recommendations for food, parking in Sorrento, sightseeing, and more. She even provided us with a “to go” breakfast when we had an early morning tour that’s began before the normal breakfast service at the property. The property is very clean, and the view of the bay of Naples is amazing!
While there is a small refrigerator at the reception area for guests, it would be nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Camilla is a wonderful hostess she gave us tips and recommendations that made our lives easier.
Great breakfast that makes you feel at home
The location and the view were great
Beautiful spacious newly renovated rooms
Maybe a small refrigerator in every room to put water and little groceries for next day.
The outside eras are beautiful but there are not enough chairs for everyone

A beautiful villa with stunning views across the bay of Naples to Mt. Vesuvius. The owner/ manager Camilla was super warm and friendly and very helpful. She was a fount of knowledge about places to go and things to do in the local area and made every effort to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was tasty with a variety of pastries and some local home-cooked treats.
The location is quite remote, and impossible to access without a vehicle. It is about 30 to 40 minutes drive along very twisty narrow roads to get to Sorento, although there is a local town 10 minutes away with some excellent restaurants. The villa is beautiful but we found the rooms to be quite bare, with nowhere for us to sit together as a family. There was a communal refrigerator in the reception area but the rooms really needed their own fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was beautiful but it’s impossible to use the shower without soaking the whole bathroom floor, meaning a lot of towel changes as we had to use them for drying the floor to make it safe to walk on.

It was such a positive surprise to find out that our quadruple room was in fact a family suite (two rooms, one with a master bed and a second room for the kids with a bathroom in between). The view from the very big terrace is absolutely stunning and as every other review mentioned, Camille is the most friendly and helpful host ever.

Literally everything about this place was AMAZING from the moment we met the host till the morning we had to say goodbye. The Villa is brand new. Rooms are spacious and squeaky clean. We spent 4 nights at the end of august and even though it was still hot, Villa's location made it not only bearable but rather pleasant - always breezy and fresh with cooler nights. The view of the Bay of Naples is astounding both in the morning and at the sunset. Breakfasts are nice. Eggs made to-order and fresh coffee, juice and great choice of pastries. about 15 min drive to Sorrento, beach or trip to Capri - all right there! Beautiful trip to Positano and Amalfi, don't forget to add Ravello - can take less than half a day if you are limited in time but want to how see those places. Trip to Pompei is also something you can do in half-day. Very good LOCAL and reasonably priced restaurants within 10 min drive. First night we were too tired to go out to eat so followed Camilla's (hostess's) suggestion to order in. Great food, inexpensive and tips are although not expected yet truly appreciated. No need to say that the hostess went above and beyond to make us comfortable, made suggestions about where to go, what to see and what's the best way to get around.
Although the internet coverage at the Villa was very good, at times finding directions on GPS was challenging.

Breakfast had a lot of varieties, both healthy and sweet. Host Camilla encouraged us to enjoy dinner on our spacious terrace with one of the most beautiful views in the world
The room is designed somewhat sober, but having said this, was also very comfortable, spacious and with a really nice bathroom with perfect a generous shower.

This was a great new villa. Camilla (owner/operator) was fantastic and very attentive. She kept in contact with us through Whatsapp. Breakfast was provided each day. Great pastries, fruits, bread, and eggs cooked to your liking. Entire villa was very clean. Great views. Great location - easy to drive to Sant'Agata, Positano, Sorrento - a very good base to drive to see other sites. Camilla provided info on finding parking in Sorrento (that we definitely needed) and sites to see. One last comment, the view from the villa is perfect. I provided a picture.
Can't think of anything that we didn't like.

Kamilla is super attentive and helping, she is ready for every call at any time of the day with any issue. The villa is beautiful, recently renovated, well maintained, the view is outstanding, A car is needed. Plenty of parking place nearby. We absolutely recommend this villa

Great place and great hospitality!
The location is good because it is close to all the touristic villages on the Amalfi road, so you can come for a week and do a "star trip".
The rooms are very spacious and very clean, Camila is a really wonderful host, she responded immediately to everything we asked for and even more. We really felt at home.
And the view... you couldn't ask for better.

The owner of the place Camila is an outstanding woman. I really have no words to describe her warm attitude, she answered every question, anything we needed she did everything to get it for us (even in the middle of the night) we asked for substantial changes in the breakfast and she did everything to make it happen, the rooms are very clean, spacious and equipped, excellent air conditioning Large balcony, gorgeous view, spacious parking space outside the villa. We don't have a single bad word, everything exceeded our expectations.
Nothing, absolutely nothing.

If you are looking for a holiday retreat far from the chaotic Costiera, Villa Maiki is the place for you. Located in a green oasis, 10 minutes drive far from the main cities (Sorrento, Positano), this villa offers you a panoramic view on the vulcano. Very specious rooms and amazing hosts (the lovely Camilla) that serves you home-made local cakes together with loads of advice on places to visit.
I should write some downsides to make this comment sound real, but there isn’t anything to add. Highly recommended!
