Take away the start. It was fabulous

Loved the location. The advertising of the property matched the description. A very family oriented property which provided everything required Clean, comfy and safe

We arrived in the peak of hurricane Debby and we were sent the wrong info on booking. Com. We could not get into the property for nearly 2 hours. The children were downstairs in the car whilst my partner and I tried everything. We finally managed to speak to someone who gave us a different code. A real let down considering the situation we were in mid storm.

Great property and location needs management

Location was great! Less than 5 minute walk to beach. Beautiful waterway views. Comfortable beds and good furnishings. Nice large property.

Had 2 major maintenance issues. Water heater in master closet was leaking but still working. Agreed with Vacasa to have it replaced after we left. Was a plumbing leak on the exterior of the condo. Without any notification from anyone our water was shut off at 8:00 am the morning we were checking out by 10:30. We couldn't shower, brush our teeth, flush a toilet, do dishes. Very upset and we couldn't get ahold of any local management or anyone to talk to. Eventually Vacasa called me back 2 hours later and did give us a later checkout. The water came back on around 10 am so thankfully we were able to clean up and check out. There were many smaller maintenance issues that never were addressed. Very nice place. Just needs a little TLC and a faster response management team.

Excellent view! Beach access right across the street, kids loved the community pool.

Wunderschöne Lage, grundsätzlich tolle Wohnung, Instandhaltung mangelhaft

Lage (5–10Min. vom Strand entfernt) und die Aussicht waren genial!! Kommunikation war freundlich und schnell. Die Waschmaschine/Tumbler waren super.

Die Sauberkeit liess, besonders in der Küche sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der Geschirrspüler war extrem verkalkt, das Geschirr verschmutzt und ebenfalls massiv verkalkt. Die Pfannen verbogen und dreckig. Der Boden auf dem Balkon war auch so schmutzig, dass wir Schwarze Füsse bekamen. Im Zimmer hingen defekte Rolladen runter. Die Badetücher hätten wir selbst waschen&trocknen müssen vor Abreise, was uns bis zum Check-Out um 10:00 def. nicht möglich war. Da kam man uns auch freundlich entgegen. Die Wohnung befindet sich zu oberst im 2.Stock, es gibt keinen Lift!

Heerlijk appartement

Het uitzicht en de locatie. Loopafstand van het strand. Klein, maar prettig zwembad bij de accomodatie. Parkeren in de garage en de mogelijkheid om een peddleboard te lenen. Fijne plek om te verblijven. 1 fantastische slaapkamer met overweldigend mooi uitzicht en 1 praktische slaapkamer, beiden met eigen badkamer. In de omschrijving van het appartement staat niet dat je kan parkeren bij de accommodatie. Je kunt met 2 auto's parkeren, 1 in de garage en de andere voor de garagedeur.

Het had iets schoner gemogen o.a. de ramen waren al even niet gedaan 😉.

It was a very good stay (too short). We slept well.

Cleanliness, and very spacious for the 4 of us. We wish we had more time to spend there.

The master bed is a bit high for me (I'm short, 5')

Nice place to stay. Eating takeout while watching TV series in the living room is the best memory for us in Tampa

Close to beach. Feel like just at home.

The dryer doesn’t work and we had so many wet clothes unfortunately. Everything else was perfect

IT WAS PERFECT.

The balcony with the view was amazing. I also love how close the beach is and that there were chairs, beach towels and a wagon to take since we were flying and could not bring our own. This apartment is so cute and it was so perfect for a couple of friends on a short stay. Love the beach. It’s so awesome that they provide bicycles and paddle boards and thing so do as well.

There wasn’t one thing we did not like.

Exceptional

I like this place. In garage you have a lot of stuf to do with your kids at the beach. My kids were excited to ride bikes. The appartment is large , you have a lot of room and feel like you are at home. Kitchen has everything to make a food.We are planning to come back.
