About this house rental

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything Pittsburgh has to offer from this centrally located place. Steps away from a grocery store and a variety of restaurants/bars, you can also take the famous Pittsburgh Incline down to a trolley station and travel all throughout the city including to the North Shore where the stadiums and casino are located.

Walk in the front door to an open floor plan with a cozy living area with two large couches and a 65" wall mounted TV. Notice the 9 foot ceilings. A stunning dining table with 4 chairs and an arc floor lamp is located near a window overlooking the side yard. Enjoy the fantastic, modern kitchen filled with all the utensils and gear you need to cook up a master meal and drip coffee pot with complimentary coffee grounds. There is a deck off of the kitchen with two comfortable zero-gravity chairs. Head back inside and upstairs and you will find a large full bathroom with dual sinks. The bathroom's 2nd door leads to one of the entryways of the large king bedroom that includes two long closets on either side. The King bedroom features ample storage space, a ceiling fan, and a luxurious bed with two stunning lamps on either side. Head up to the 3rd floor and you will find a spacious bedroom with two single beds, up to 12' ceilings with sky light, a ceiling fan and a walk in closet.

The townhome features a drip coffee pot with complimentary coffee grounds, a variety of tea, and light snacks for when you check-in. Note also that a grocery store is steps away so you will be able to do all of your grocery shopping quickly and easily!

The townhome has a garage for 1 vehicle and another parking spot in the driveway

Miscellaneous
Most everything you need is included in the home such as bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, dishes, glassware, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, laundry detergent, hand soap, etc.

What We Don't Supply
The only things to note for most guests to bring is your preferred shampoo, body wash and toothpaste, and, of course, all the belongings you need or want to bring. Also, note that the house does not currently have some baby-related items, but we do have a pack 'n play type crib. If you are bringing young children please bring everything else you need for them (high chairs, gates, etc).

The townhouse features two off street parking spaces - one in the driveway and one in the garage. Mt Washington is a safe and very walkable neighborhood with a variety of restaurants, bars, a bakery, a coffee shop, an ice cream parlor and a grocery store steps away. It is also a 4 minute walk to the Monongahela Incline which travels down to the Station Square Trolley Station, offering quick access to anywhere in the downtown area.

My family and I had a great time on our visit to Pittsburgh. The house was super clean and had everything we needed to accommodate our stay. The house is within walking distance to quite a few different restaurants/bars. Having the grocery store steps away was so convenient. My kids loved playing the games that were provided as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as described. Convenient to so many great local bars and restaurants, grocery store, bakery, the Mon Incline and Grandview. Comfy new mattresses and plenty of fluffy towels. Back deck very private and breezy. Kitchen has everything you need. The neighborhood is very quiet and seems to be on its way up. Our hosts were very helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! Communication was excellent, gave us a list of all the basics when needed. A phone number was provided in case we needed immediate communication. The parking and driving around the place was a bit tight, but we have a big truck. So we expected it to be that way. Parking is in the garage or out back and you can enter through the garage, or walk up the sidewalk to the front door, but honestly it was very easy to get in through the garage. The neighborhood was a little loud at night… lots of dirt bikes were riding around pretty late. Not sure we were in the best neighborhood but we had no issues. The inside was spotless, and clean as can be! The only issue we had was we couldn’t get a lot of channels to work on the tv… but that could be operator error. Coffee and some light snacky stuff was provided, which was great. Also a water filter pitcher was clean and ready for us to use. Cups, utensils, towels, and other amenities provided and greatly appreciated! Overall a nice place with plenty of space for us. We could have had a few more people there comfortably, but it was just the two of us.

The house itself was modern, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable, providing my family with everything we needed during our temporary relocation due to construction at our own home. Adam proved to be a generous and gracious host, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. His prompt and clear communication made the booking process and our entire experience seamless and stress-free. Perfect location! Close to groceries and restaurants/shops, but also the city overlook and access to downtown Pittsburgh. Neighborhood was quiet and having offstreet parking was a real bonus! Plus, the home was comfortable and had everything we needed.

This little getaway lodging was perfect. Off road parking, with garage, within walking distance to pharmacy, super market, restaurants and the incline to the city. Park and forget the car, won't need it. House was perfect, clean, inviting and smartly finished. Will stay again. Well done.

Very nicely appointed place in a walkable part of Mt Washington. Close to the incline and shops/restaurants on Shiloh Street. Easy ride to all that downtown Pittsburgh has to offer. Great host…everything we could possibly need was provided.

We were in town for just one night and wanted a place that was easily accessible to the sites downtown. This place really fit the bill. It was in a very quaint neighborhood that was on the hill accessible to the incline. It’s a block to grocery store, two blocks to amazing food and views. Since we were only there for one night, we didn’t really use the kitchen or the laundry room but those were available. The only thing that I would say is there are several steep staircases in the home. This would be difficult if you weren’t able to do stairs well. The host was very responsive and very generous with his time. We would stay here again.

Three girlfriends spent 4 days in Pittsburgh at this townhouse and it was lovely. When we arrived the place was clean, the AC was on, there were clear checkin and checkout instructions and ample quantities of bathroom and laundry supplies, kitchen utensils, and coffee. The outside deck is private and perfect for relaxing. Note that there are 3 flights of steps ( from garage to 2nd floor bedroom) so we got our steps in! Highly recommend.

We need someplace as a layover at the end of our family road trip. This place worked for us. Nice and clean. Three beds was great for our family. We walked to get pizza for dinner. It was great for us.

Overall, the house is absolutely gorgeous on the inside. However, you really can’t hang out on the front porch area because the houses around there are eyesores- boarded up. However, if you hang out on the back deck, and don’t use the front door, its a great townhome. Just not a great neighborhood!

We were very impressed with how clean and organized the house was. We were not expecting the extras of soap, garbage bags, coffee and paper products. The host communicated very well to the point we did not have any questions or problems. We took taxi’s to and from downtown and it was very minimal. We would stay again.

This is a very nice townhouse, well equipped, and comfortable. Parking on Mt. Washinton is horrible, so it was great having a garage for our car, plus one more space for visitors. Also nice to have a small side yard for that last trip outside at night with the dog. Easy walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, the overlook, and incline. This was a perfect setup for a couple, and an interesting area to explore. Lot of steps, so not for anyone with accessibility needs, but Mt. Washington in general is not very accessible. We hope to stay here again.
