About this house rental
Our home is located in up and coming south Austin and is a relaxing space available for your vacation, staycation, or corporate rental. This home offers a BBQ grill and small outdoor living area under the cabana next to the inground pool.

- 20 minutes to Zilker Park (ACL)
- 20 minutes to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport
- 20 minutes to Circuit Of The Americas (COTA)
- 30 Minutes to San Marcos Tubing & Float Trips & Outlet Malls
- 30 Minutes to Dripping Springs and Wimberly Wineries
Our home sits on a corner lot with 4 cozy bedrooms.
• Inground pool is cleaned weekly and is NOT heated. Pool closed Nov - Feb.
• High-speed internet for work remotely with desks in 2 different bedrooms
• The kitchen is equipped to serve a party of 10.
• All TVs are equipped with ROKU with access to Netflix for viewing.
• Washer and dryer included
• Computer monitor, surge protector, keyboard and mouse, are available upon request.
The property does have 3 outdoor ring cameras at the front door, driveway, and backyard.

You understand that swimming is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming if a person has health risks, or if a person swims while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming. All VRBO Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.

Property was just as listed. Hosts were quick to respond. Asked for early check in and late checkout and they were very accommodating. Very clean and enjoyed the pool. Would highly recommend.

Our first trip to Austin was a great success! The house was in a really convenient location and the kids loved having a pool all to ourselves! We would definitely rent again if we return to Austin!

The property was clean and had really nice appliances, everyone was able to make their meals, have comfortable sleeping arrangements, and relax out by the pool and enjoy the nice yard in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood

We had four people stay in the house for a bachelorette party. Being a group of girls we felt really safe and the house was really clean. Check in and check out was SO easy and the owners are very responsive. It is close to a lot of neat outdoor patios with food trucks and about a 20-25 minute drive to downtown which wasn’t bad. I would highly recommend.

Sarah & Carlos were great hosts! We were a group of 7 girls and had plenty of space, amenities, & getting ready mirrors. We throughly enjoyed the pool for the Texas heat and just to lounge around. There was a small hiccup with the air but Carlos & Sarah were right on it, quickly getting it fixed for us (much appreciated!)
