Booked for 5 but end up just two of us which made our stay really spacious.
Location of this place is great , right next to City Market and restaurants. Close to Pikes Peak and drivable distance from other popular spots like Breckenridge.
House was clean. Just one bed had some hair but the property manager immediately got the sheets changed for us.

I rented this house for my son and his children. My wife and I stayed at my niece’s house about 1/2 mile away. It was conveniently located for our purpose and my son and the grandkids had a great time staying there. There were plenty of sleeping spaces for everyone and everything was clean. We will definitely try to stay there again for our next family vacation at Woodland Park.

This was a nice home. Just far enough from down town Woodland Park to be quiet and close enough to be convenient. I would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Property was comfortable, location was convenient and rate was reasonable. Great option for our family of 3. Hope it’s available when we return to the area in July 2025!

I loved the location of the property. It was an easy check-in process. It was also nice to have privacy. We saw lots of deer in the front yard and got to explore woodland park. Also the beds were very comfortable!

The owner was initially very responsive until we couldn't get into the property at check-in time. We were unable to get the lock to open and called the emergency number, left a message, but we received no response at all. Eventually, we figured out the trick to opening the door, still, sometimes it opened sometimes it didn't and there were no instructions provided and no response from the emergency number. The property is dated, 70's? and the plug-in air fresheners were so strong and unpleasant, we had to unplug all of them, double plastic bag them and store them in the closet, open all the windows and wait outside until the place aired out, which it never really did. All 3 of us had stuffy noses and scratchy throats for 2 days as the smell had permeated everything & irritated all of our respiratory systems. Plug-in air fresheners are chemically based, harmful to your health and should never be used in a public setting especially in a closed-up house. We are wondering what the pricey cleaning fee covers because we were instructed to empty all the trash from every room and store the bag by the front door inside, strip the beds, put all the towels & bathmats in the basket in the closet & clean & put away all the dishes or fill & start the dishwasher. Dishes I can understand, the rest of it, not so much. On the positive side, one gal had the entire upstairs and it worked out very well as she had to work part of the time and it gave her a good sized place to do so. All the beds were comfortable & having decks to use was nice. Neighborhood was quiet and it was nice and quiet to sleep at night.

Great property. Enjoyed the mule deer visits in the yard. It would be helpful if property had a hairdryer.

We were very happy with the place, only “knock “ would be it was very warm up at woodland park, the house doesn’t have central air.
Other than that we are very happy

Location was a perfect spot for our family vacation. Close enough to tourist spots and hiking but far enough away that it felt like a mountain retreat. We enjoyed the deer wandering through the yard and all the unique features of the house like the lovely reading area, balcony and deck.
