Gostamos muito da localização e o espaço é bem amplo para uma família. Cozinhamos e tinha tudo que precisávamos. Nossa hospedagem foi incrível.

A roupa de campa poderia ser mais confortável se fosse 100% algodão e de melhor qualidade. Os lençóis fornecidos de polyester e fios sintéticos não estão a altura do padrão do apartamento e localização.

Não ficaria lá de novo nunca. Perdi 1000 dólares em itens por volta de vontade de ver

Houve um problema que esquecemos alguns pertences nas instalações em uma gaveta e desde que saímos já comunicamos e não viram imediatamente. Justificaram que a empresa de limpeza terceirizada pode ter feito algo ou os hóspedes que vieram em seguida. Achei absurdo. Não recomendo ficar lá.

One of the best holiday apartments I have ever stayed in!

Fantastic, spacious and clean apartment in a lovely location. Very nice pool on the roof. The hosts are super nice, responsive, and very helpful. Location is perfect for families.

The price of the parking is a bit high.

Очень понравился район, вежливый собственник, реагирует на все вопросы быстро.

Очень классное расположение на острове Bal Harbour, район очень тихий, максимально безопасный, 5 минут до любых пляжей. Вся инфраструктура в виде магазинов, аптек, ресторанов в пешей доступности.

Квартира светлая, чистая - есть все необходимые предметы на кухне для готовки. Было бы хорошо если был бы ковер на полу для детей и диван побольше чтобы можно было вечером посидеть всей семьей.

The space, the furnishing , cleanliness of the apartment, ambience and aesthetics. Basic amenities provided was very helpful and made the apartment feel like home. Check in was seamless, Alysia yje host was fantastic. She simplified everything. Proximity to everything needed,from shops to the beach made the apartment location great.

Terrible stayed for one night and my $2800 is still not refunded

Place is a smoking 🚬 apartment and also has other odors. The cigarette smell made me sick and I was forced to get another place place during art Basel and ended up paying for a new hotel at top dollar. Host would not refund nor acknowledge that the apartment smells like cigarette smoke.

Perfect spot for family of 4 to combine vibrant city life with good shopping, multiple deli and dining options as well as a beautiful beach in walking distance. the roof top made a stunning start into the morning. thanks to the caring staff, we found everything in place felt really welcome. even our late arrival caused no problem- and in no time things have been arranged. we will come back next time in Miami Beach.

The location of the property was great.The property was clean and well decorated. We asked for extra towels and higher floor and they were able to accommodate us. The host was very professional and kind and provided excellent customer service.

Beautiful apartment with rooftop pool and well-equipped kitchen in a nice Miami neighborhood.

This place is a very well maintained condominium on the Bay Harbor Islands: the building itself is new and clean, the apartment is spacious, bright and modern with minimalistic interior design - simple and monochromatic palette. We found the neighborhood and the apartment itself to be family-friendly. While walking/driving in the area, we saw a lot of families with kids and pets strolling around. The apartment was very well-equipped: we had all necessary kitchen utensils and cookware (including a Magic Bullet blender to make delicious homemade food for our toddler). Our host Alysia was very attentive and professional. We will definitely come back!

Fantastic stay!

Amazing place, All the furnitures are like new. A lot of space in the apartment, Super comfy beds and all you need for a Fantastic stay. The apartment is sparkling clean! Great rooftop pool where you can watch the sunset. Everything looks exactly like the pictures. Fast responses and incredibile hospitality from Alysia the host. 12 min walk to the Beach! I will definitely be back in this property with my family. Highly recommended!!
