The location was very convenient to the State Park Marina. The area was very pretty and felt secluded. Some of us took advantage of the fishing pond. We had a group of 19 and there was plenty of room for all. The only issue we had was the hot tub was not functioning, It would have been nice, but did not take away from our enjoyment of our weekend. We would definitely stay here again!

We visit Lake Cumberland twice a year for the annual poker runs hosted by State Dock. Landon’s property is the closest house to the dock not in the park. Amazing property! Tons of room and Landon is always upgrading the property!

We had a really nice time at Brandon’s place! Everything we needed. He was wonderful to work with too. It’s perfect for a large family and so close to State park and the dam, for getting in the water.

We had plenty of room for our families to meet in a centrally located area. Everyone enjoyed the amenities. Highly recommended.

House is beautiful. Has 4 main bedrooms and 1 big room with all the bunk beds which was perfect for our four family friends. Cool little theater downstairs too.
Couple of pleasant surprises were the trails there for off roading or hiking. And the lake being so close. We rented a double decker pontoon boat with a water slide that the kids and adults enjoyed.
Would definitely stay here again.

If you are a boater this place is for you! There was plenty of boat trailer parking (we had 3 in our group) in addition to regular parking. The entire house was recently renovated and is beautiful on the inside. Beds were extremely comfortable and had plenty of linens. The property owner responded quickly to all inquires, and even made a point to stop by to assure our stay was going well. We will be renting this property again next summer.

Landon and Anthony were extremely accommodating. The house had everything we needed and was as advertised. Can't beat the location in relationship to State Dock, house is 1 minute from the the state park entrance road. We can't wait to get back for our stay in September!

Overall, Landon’s house was a great experience for our family of 12. I’d recommend it for larger groups wanting to stay around lake Cumberland. It was right next to State Dock marina, about 1 minute to the state park entrance and a 12 minute drive to the marina. We had a couple of minor issues upon arrival, but Landon was on top of getting them fixed while we were there.

Awesome trip
This house was perfect for our trip. It was clean and had lots of parking. We had 4 vehicles with 2 boats and there was plenty of room. It is very close to the lake whether you want to put in at Jamestown marina or state dock. I will definitely be staying here again.

Absolutely PERFECT
The owner was extremely friendly, easy to work with and responded almost immediately to any questions we had. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had 8 adults and 9 kids from 0-12 and didn't feel like we were crowding each other at all. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Russell County again.
