Minutes to interstates, downtown Davenport, the village of East Davenport, shopping & hospitals. Each bedroom has a queen bed. You will have the entire house to yourself. 2 bedrooms. 1 full bathroom. Designated office space. Spacious living room with an electric fireplace. Full kitchen with a 4 person dining space. Patio area with small love seat & 2 additional chairs. The backyard is fenced. The home is located at the end of a cul de sac with driveway parking, cul de sac parking, and an attached 1 car garage.

We stayed here for a softball tournament in Bettendorf. 15 minutes from fields. Cute house on a quiet cul de sac. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Clean and special touches like wine and pizza for the guests. Would highly recommend.

This property was everything we hoped for and more. The location, cleanliness, attention paid to small details (there was wine and frozen pizza waiting for us❤️), communication with the owner/host, even the fenced in back yard for the dogs, all was the best we’ve had thru VRBO (we’ve used Vrbo for several years). I cannot recommend this home highly enough. We definitely will be back!!!!

My husband and I stayed last year and when we returned this year with family to watch our oldest graduate the stay was no different. The house is clean, well stocked of things you need, and it feels like home. We gathered in the kitchen to cook meals and dining area to eat and hang out. Our oldest is moving on to another state to further their education so there isn’t a need to return but if there were I would come stay again.

This was a perfect place to stay with our dog when we came to Iowa for our son’s graduation from the University of Iowa. The fenced yard and walkable neighborhood was perfect for our dog. We enjoyed nearby Vander Veer Park also. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the house cooking and playing games, so we appreciated the spacious well-stocked kitchen! The comfortable couches, smart TV for streaming and the puzzles were also hits.

Overall house was good. We had a problem with ants but was only there three days so not enough time to rectify during stay. I contacted email address that was left at the house and never heard back. Thought that was really unprofessional. We dealt with ants crawling on us while on couches. They were on counters and dining room table. I know that ants are something everyone deals with, that’s why I didn’t make a big deal about it just wanted them to know so that it would be fixed for next guests.

There was nothing that I can think of that we needed while there except maybe a spider detector. This place couldn’t have been more conducive to our needs. The nearby park was beautiful to walk to. There are plenty of churches to choose from. We felt very relaxed and at home. The only thing that creeped me out was the big spider in my bed and one in the shower the next morning. Both of which were obliterated. Thanks!

Thumbs up to the dog friendly owner. The house is cute, well appointed, and a perfect location for our weekend. Just an FYI, if you are fragrance sensitive, ask for no plug-ins.

Our first time in Davenport to watch my son's college lacrosse game. House was updated, clean, and comfortable. There were "city" noises-barking dogs and train whistles, but that didn't bother us. House was well stocked, and we enjoyed our stay. We came to see a game at St. Ambrose which was close by. We found a few good places to eat, and I walked in a nearby park which was convenient.

The house and fenced yard were wonderful! It was clean and perfect for our family to visit for spring break. The only bad part was I thought we could walk to visit the neighborhood but past the house's street it seemed little unsafe... but that's okay we let the kids ride their scooters in the loop in the front of the house.

Great house on a quiet cul-de-sac. We were less than a half-mile from St. Ambrose campus and an easy drive to anywhere in Davenport. The house was updated beautifully and worked wonderfully for us! They had everything we needed and responded to our questions quickly!

What a cool little house! My wife and I were in town for a quick weekend and loved everything about our stay. The house is updated, clean and very cozy. Conveniently located on a quiet cul de sac, but close to the fairgrounds and all areas of Davenport. Great communication...easy process! Highly recommend!

Very nice house for our stay, we loved it!! Very well decorated, clean, with modern features. Owner is super responsive. Check in/check out process is one of the easiest for vrbo that I’ve had. Highly recommend!

The four of us and one spoiled old dog came down for a weekend of wedding fun. This place was perfect for us. It was centrally located and had beautiful places to walk the dog and a fenced in backyard for other outdoor breaks.

We absolutely loved our over two week stay here and were so sad to leave. The home is so cute and clean. The two Roku TVs were perfect. We used the desk and dining table for working nonstop when we were there. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Nice backyard with a grill that our two little dogs enjoyed. Highly recommend this place!

This being our first time using Vrbo I was a little nervous but when we arrived after an 16 hour car ride, I was very surprised by how easy it was to feel right at home walking into the house for the first time. We definitely will be going back. The location was perfect, there is so much to do so close. Some things even walking distance. The fact they are dog friendly providing bowls and a bed. The little extras they added for us as well. It far exceeded my expectations.

Went with friends to watch minor league baseball at the beautiful Modern Woodmen Park and we were not disappointed. The property was clean and at a great location. When we had a problem at the property, the owner was right on it. Would stay here again.

This house was a gem! Super cute house, VERY clean, and perfectly decorated. They had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Sara answered questions/messages very quickly and was very nice to work with. Check-in and check-out were a snap. Loved how welcoming they were to our two dogs! If we ever make it back to Davenport, we’ll definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

House was adorable, cozy, warm, and inviting! The host was AMAZING! She does a lot of little extra things to make the experience memorable and to make you feel like you are right at home. Made sure to think of anything that maybe have been forgotten or left at home. She also give great recommendations for restaurants and entertainment in the area. Definitely would love to stay at a property listed by this host again!!!! 10 out of 10!!!

We were so close to everything especially downtown, this place had it all- clean, warm and cozy. They even had a doggie bed, water and fool bowl out for our baby. I can't express the appreciation I felt after accidentally leaving my IPad and bag. It was quickly located and sent to me, the owner was gracious enough to do this for me at no cost! We will stay again!
