Burger froid.

Sijainti ja majoitus oli kaiken kaikkiaan upea!
Palvelu olisi voinut olla vieläkin huomioivampaa.
4.0
Everything else. Staff kindness, location and the food quality.
In the sunset room #1 where we stayed a terrible smell was coming out from the airconditioner. This was probably due to a neighbour animal farm.
2.5
The food was nice and the activities was amazing.
The room was very not what we expected. The door of the bathroom was in metal and broken. We were blocked inside 3/4 times. The bed was not confortable and the flush of the toilet was broken.

Awesome position, the tour booked via the hotel (A) was top notch, amazing breakfast, nice staff. The restaurant (and cocktails) is great as well! All in all, this place was for us a one stop shop for the stay in Port Barton
As all the other hotels we experienced in the Philippines, the maintenance of the building was lacking: very old and noisy AC, the small boiler in the shower took a few tries to work every time, sometimes smell of sewage would come up from the toilet. Also, rooms are a bit small and there are very few power outlets.

The location was amazing, exactly what one needs to rest! The food is very tasty and the girls who work there are very helpful!
I believe that we should have been informed that we will be staying in a tree house, also despite the fact that we were informed about how to get to the accommodation, the information we received did not match and we struggled too much to get there.

Room was nice, we had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have their own tour around the bay, where we ended up seeing a sea turtle! Amazing corals and staff in the boat tour. The location was amazing, right at the beach front! Would reccoment!
The rooms were not soundproof, and we could hear our neighbours, the fan was not very good and very loud. Beds were a little too hard for my european back, but nothing I couldn't live with.

Very nice position.
Welcoming stuff

Location
a little outdated and rooms were pretty small

Location, location, location…right on the beach.
Booked a room …a budget room…that would require a monkey to ascend the steps (I kid you not) no mention of that on booking site room description…managed at a price to get an upgrade?? to a more accessible room. This hotel used to be a great option not so now.
Rooms are very basic hostel type, they needed upgrading years ago, but because of the location you are paying premium.
Wifi? They claim to have it…only works sporadically even in lobby area and signal very poor, yet other places we visited in Port Barton the wifi was quite good after getting the password, so you will need to use the data on your phone, if you need to work online cross this place off your options list.
They employ 2 excellent chefs so the food here is good, but unfortunately they have a totally incompetent restaurant manager so the orders are often mixed up, sometimes over an hour wait for food and when it arrives it’s cold…many complaints by guests when we stayed there.
This could and once was a fabulous place to stay, but they really need to change the management …they just don’t care as they have the best location in Port Barton and know it…also don’t book Island trips through the hotel, can get same trip at least 300 pesos cheaper elsewhere. We visit Port Barton regularly but we won’t be staying here again in the future…better options abound.

Location was great. There are options for AC what is more comfortable.
It does not look as good as in the picture.

Wifi didn't work

The staff will make every day even better than the ones before. Got a free upgrade when we were not satisfied with our booked wooden room. Concrete rooms were very comfy, felt clean and pretty new. Free breakfasts were also a great success.
Wooden room next to terrace was very noisy, sounded like neighbours and people walking by were inside our room when walking or talking.

Beautiful location and views!
There was no soap in the bathroom - the bathroom was very basically equiped (not modern) & the matress was very hard
5.0
The location
- unreliable wifi
- the room description was confusing on booking, we thought we booked a beach bungalow but it turned out to be a concrete building with "garden view" = our window looked at the wall of a bungalow

We had the beach front room with aircon. Juries the supervisor is awesome, helped us booked our tours and recommended the local festivals for us to partake.
Aircon was very loud. Temperature for hot water is non-adjustable; just close to boiling.

Great location.
Very basic room for the price.
Air con extremely noisy and barely working, scorching hot water without any way to cool it down.

Incredible room, view nicest view possible (Suite S2). At the beach, with sunset. Spacious rooms. Great Marketing Manager (sorry forget his name). But very, very helpful without being to much! Thank you!
Not all staff friendly.

Very comfortable and clean. The location was incredible! very helpful and pleasant staff who made the stay even more special. Everything you could ask in a beach holiday.

The property was clean and the staff were friendly. It was in a good location!
We had to pay extra to use the Air Con and I think that should be included within the price for the stay. The room was fairly basic but it was clean and tidy.

Excellent location, great food and helpful staff. Port Barton is my favorite spot on Palawan Island, less busy so it is more pristine and personal. People on the street were remembering my name.
Wifi was extremely spotty, which can be good if you like to disconnect.

Everything. The main lady was very nice so helpful. Comfortable bed. 3 toilet roll towels and soap was given.
The weather it rained and poor WiFi connection

Super attentive staff, they helped me book tours, buses, everything. very friendly and always with a smile.

It was a few steps away from the beach
The drive there was a bit bumpy but once you reach the destination, it was worth it!
