Always leave the windows closed. If you see any bears near the property, make a lot of noise, yell loudly, and get inside
- NOTE: There is an electrified bear pad on the steps of the porch. Do not step on it or let children near it as it's high voltage and could be fatal. There will be signs and there is a plug on the side of the porch to unplug it during the day and plug back in at nights
