This home is ideally located across from Alexandra Park, a spacious green area with gardens, a lake, and sports facilities. The residential neighborhood features a mix of houses and apartments, offering a peaceful environment. Nearby Fallowfield has a vibrant student scene with shops and cafes, while Chorlton is known for its independent shops and trendy spots. Manchester City Centre is about 1.5 miles away. The area is well-connected by bus and is a short drive from major roads and transport links. It’s a prime spot for groups and families looking to enjoy green spaces in Manchester.
You will have access to the entire house and a back garden with BBQ area. We will leave you to enjoy your stay in peace and quiet. If you need us, you can call or message us at any time.

➡ Alison Street (5 minute walk)
Arrival by Flight, best directions:
➡ 20-25 minutes by Taxi, such as Uber (Cost estimate. £15.00)
➡ By train: From Manchester Airport to Manchester Oxford Road Rail Station via Northern railway, 15-20 minutes, take bus number 101 to Alexandra Park, then 2 minute walk to the house.
➡ By bus: From Manchester Airport, take bus number 103 to Alexandra Park, about 50-55 minutes, 2 minute walk to the house.

House Rules:
1. No smoking inside the premises.
2. Pets allowed on request (additional costs may apply)
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests).
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed.
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am.
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
