The living areas in the property consist of a first-floor kitchen/diner with electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, coffee machine, a sitting room with Smart TV with Freeview, Netflix, DVD player, DAB radio, and balcony, and a utility with washing machine and drying cabinet. There are two ground-floor king-size rooms with en-suite shower rooms, a ground-floor 2’6 twin with zip/link, and a double, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a shower room. Outside, there is a large, enclosed garden with patio and furniture, balcony with seating, as well as private off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved pets are welcome (charge for second dog). Note: A welcome pack and doggy extras are provided. Note: Work from home station available, please request upon booking. Nearby are Crantock and Holywell Bay, which both have long stretches of sandy beach, as well as the stunning coastal paths around St Agnes, all of which is held by the National Trust.
