Aparte, es adults only!!

beach is pretty, restaurant and bar area structure is beautiful design. Restaurant staff was attentive and polite. Staff lent me their iphone charger for a night.
Definitely not worth $200 a night. More of glamping experience than hotel. Booking.com description is misleading. There's no sea view or garden view because you are in a windowless pod. AC is only in bedrooms- bathroom is connected to pod via a separate structure that is screened in so it's very hot and even though you can't see in it feels exposed bc you can hear people outside and they can hear you when you are showering- there's a mildew smell because of lack of airflow and moisture and smelled like urine on last day- seems like shower water runs straight into ground. There's only wifi in common areas of hotel not in actual rooms. Electricity was spotty and lamps kept flickering all night. At check in concierge told us breakfast was included for 2nd and 3rd nights of stay but when we checked out a different staff person insisted only one breakfast was included and because we ordered extra coffee and a fruit salad those items were an additional charge - This was never mentioned when we ordered and no one ever showed us a bill or receipt until the very end- right when we were leaving the concierge knocked on our door to tell us that employee had made a mistake charging us for breakfasts and offered a credit of two free meals or to extend our check out time but we were already headed to another destination and aren't locals- he did not offer to reimburse us money we'd already paid for breakfast. On both nights were were the only guests at hotel and it felt a little creepy at night. Seems like they are renovating a lot of the pods or still completing some of build out. They didn't offer any info about activities or services listed on website, when I asked for a restaurant recommendation they just recommended the hotel restaurant. They should focus less on the hotel concept and aesthetic vibe and more on basics like good service/ transparency and working electricity, cleanliness, comfort..

Hugo, Farah and Diego made the stay wonderful. I had booked an ocean view room for 3 people however the rooms that have that view are only for 2. Hugo offered us complementary breakfasts to offset the price difference.
it’s sublime and so well situated.

We thought that the property was beautiful, particularly the bar and restaurant area. We ate at the restaurant for lunch and again at dinner and the food was incredible. Compliments to the chef!
We had booked a sea view room and when we checked in, we were led to a room at the back of the property that had no view, only the back of another hut. We went to enquire with the lady at the front desk and she said there was an error with the Booking dot com platform and that the ocean front was different from the ocean view. Well, a room that simply opens to face the back of another is neither oceanview nor oceanfront and should not be falsely marketed as such. You could not see the ocean from the room!
After reviewing on booking.com, we noted that had been charged extra for an ocean view room when the room that we actually had was clearly not the one we had booked and paid for. They should have provided the room we had selected or if they had overbooked, charged us the correct price for the room facing the back of another. It is a beautiful property but expensive for this random part of Mexico. We have stayed at more luxurious properties and haciendas for more reasonable prices.
