This was nice but lacked that personal touch. It’s obvious a company manages this place instead of the actual homeowners. Usually there’s at least a few convenient items to welcome you but this property had the bare minimum. No coffee, no laundry soap, no nothing. Also, the suggestion that it sleeps six is far reaching. There was a blow up mattress wadded up in the closet that I suppose you can put on the living room floor.

The location was great, the place was spotless. We enjoyed hanging out on the lanai. Overall the place needs some updates and upgrades to be 5 star. One bed was so hard that no one could sleep in it. Sitting on the sofa was like sitting in a hole. Towels were clean, but very dingy. If you are supplying white towels please bleach them. The sheets were very pilled. The shower curtain came off the bar every time it was opened. For a fairly small investment the owners could make this a lovely place to stay. But all of the little issues added up and we most likely would not choose this rental again.

Property was very clean and as described. I described the area as 4 star because there were a lot of noisy vehicles in the area. The only issue was that the electronic thermostat display quit working, and we were unable to view or change the temperature inside.

The 2-Bedroom house has new furnishings and is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The driveway in the back yard is convenient for 2-car parking. Home is located not far from a Publix store and just south of downtown Punta Gorda.

My husband and I enjoyed this house. Perfect size for a Retired couple. Had everything we needed. Clean and quiet neighborhood . Only a couple miles from downtown and community pool. Very nice trip.

This property was very clean and a cute little bungalow. Only suggestion I would have more bath towels, dish towels/cloths for use in kitchen. Adding some beach chairs to be used by renters would be nice also.

This house was nice but a little bit humid, thr roof had been damaged during hurricane Ian and was missing most of the shingles, I suspect that is why it was somewhat humid feeling.

Cute interior, central location, but deficient management

This rental experience was just odd, for us. Having traveled extensively and rented many properties, we found the communication efforts commendable but the property management aspect failing. If you're going to rent a property, and parking is in back, either have access/key/code panel in back or at minimum a walkway to the front entry where access can be provided. Your literature repeatedly states a Welcome Kit is provided with information, etc; none was present. At first glance the property appeared clean enough inside, however the grunge in corner of tile floors, the lack of door mats allowed much debris inside since one has to walk across lawns/leaves for access, the a/c filter needed cleaned to the extent the unit ran constantly and both my spouse and I suffered sinus congestion the entire time inside the house which never happens. The overflowing stinking trashcan with maggots inside, broken door handle making access difficult and more demonstrates a lack of property management or proper supervision. So no thanks.
