We had a great stay with 10 family members. Plenty of room for everyone and great location! Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful holiday weekend stay! There were four adults and four kids in our group. This VRBO was perfect for a multi-family stay. Very spacious, and a well laid-out floor plan in the upstairs/Main house. We did not realize the lower part of the home was not accessible from the main level, so our kids were not able to sleep next to the game room as planned (since they would have to walk outside, and up to the main house in the dark/night if they needed anything, which was not feasible for their ages). We made it work fine, however, as there were four bedrooms on the main floor. The kids had a blast using the game room and playing outside in the spacious property. The hot tub and fire pit area were also wonderful. The home has a very convenient location - easy to get to all activities and very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family vacation! Very clean, very spacious, beautiful balcony, loved the big dining room table for all our family meals!!! Loved the house was close to grocery stores and very good location for all our center points of activities! We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay overall! I’m ranking it 4.8 for just 2 minor items. The barbecue grill was not cleaned and the coffee pot brewed very slowly and stopped working completely by Sunday (we used the kurig the last 2 mornings). We didn’t tell Jaime about the coffee pot, so I admit they might would have replaced it if we asked. We loved the games, cornhole especially. Loved all the charging stations throughout the house as well. My family commented that their beds were very comfortable! Our bed in the master br was really comfy! Fyi we didn’t use the hot tub.
My wife and I give it 4.80 as the grill was the main downgrade! But again, an awesome place and we would stay there again.

Excellent location and house. Our stay over the New Year’s holiday was perfect.

Our stay in this property was amazing. We gathered as a family to honor the life of our mother. And we could have asked for a more perfect property and location. The views were spectacular. The service and kind support of Vivian and Jamie was exceptional. We are certain our choice to stay at Kokopelli and Cowboys was heaven sent. We will always make this (or their other properties) our first choice when visiting beautiful Sedona.

This place could not have been more perfect for our weekend getaway. Location felt secluded and private yet so close to everywhere we wanted to go. Very clean, kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make home cooked meals, plenty to do on a night in. Gorgeous views from the patio for morning coffee or al fresco dining. Hosts went out of their way to accommodate us and very responsive. Will defintley look here first for any trip to Sedona in the future!

Very nice Sedona stay. Great location and very central to everything. Very last minute reservation and communication/check in was great. Fully equipped kitchen with all amenities you would need. We only used the first floor(4 BR/3baths), but had another 2BR/1bath (kitchen) at basement level, that had to be accessed from outside. Only issue we had was there was only 1 closet for the 6 bedrooms and nowhere to hang anything except 2 very tiny hooks on wall And nowhere to put luggage but floor. One tv bedroom had no connection to anything. We were only there 2 nights so not really a problem for us but might be for longer stay. Large lot with fire pit and lots of space for kids to run around. Hot tub worked great and was nice after hiking all day.

Beautiful property, immaculate, no issues with the property. Great communication, the owners were fast at responding to us.
The only thing was that on Saturday morning landscapers showed up which was disturbing our peace. The owners responded by asking them to reduce their noise which helped a bit.

The house was beautiful, spacious and offered lots of amenities. It was close to hiking, restaurants and shopping. We hope to be back!

It was amazing. The house was equipped with everything we needed. It was the small things that were provided that made the difference- robes for hot tub, coffee bar fully stocked, extra propane tank, shampoo and soap, cotton balls and Qtips, etc. Everything was so comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful time playing pool and foosball. Would rate a “5” out of 1-5. Nothing more could have been planned for us. The property owners were incredibly responsive.

Great location in the West Sedona close to a couple of grocery stores and many restaurants. Plenty of space to hang out with a nice pool table, foosball table, and board games. Kitchen had plenty of plates and cooking utensils. Large capacity washer and dryer, a big plus after long days of hiking. Beds were comfy too! The hosts were very communicative and accessible. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the house backs into some easy hiking trails, though we didn't venture too far on those particular trails.

We have 9 people in our family, and the house accommodated us very well. We enjoyed the game room. The house was beautiful and kept up very well. We enjoyed Sedona and the surrounding area. The hosts were very easy to get ahold of with a couple questions that we had. We would recommend this house for any family looking for a place to get away.

Amazing family home with views
Beautiful home and views!!!! I booked this home for our family to get away and we enjoy Sedona. Our group ages ranged from 80 years old to three years old. It was perfect for everyone. Vivian and Jamie were amazing hosts!!! They were easy to get a hold of and the check in/ out process was easy. They did not miss a detail. The house had everything we could need and looked exactly like the photos. The couches and beds were super comfortable. This was the only home we could find with enough rooms for all of us. They had extra little amenities and robes that made us feel like we were in a hotel. The patio had amazing views and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their coffee and meals on. The game room downstairs was the perfect hang out spot for the adults and the kids. The kids especially enjoyed all the toys and games. The neighborhood is super peaceful and close by to everything in Sedona. We will definitely recommend this home to everyone and be back for sure! 😊
