We welcome you to Villa Divertida, a gorgeous North Scottsdale 5 BR/3BA designer home is spacious (~4,000sf) and features a pool, hot tub, gourmet kitchen, gorgeous primary bedroom and bathroom, a home theater room, putting and pitching green, and lighted backyard fire pit seating area. The backyard also has a six speaker Sonos system. Minutes from Grayhawk, Troon and TPC golf clubs. High ceilings with exposed wood beams offer a grand entrance to the living room, with a pool table and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lush landscape. Truly a private resort villa just for you!

In the living room, enjoy a full-size pool table, 85" QLED TV, and a Sonos surround sound system while lounging in the upscale and comfortable sitting area.

The TV room has a UHDTV with Sonos surround sound, and electric fireplace, a ceiling fan, and comfortable motorized reclining leather couches.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, Sonos speakers, gas fireplace, TV, ceiling fan, couch, and work desk. The primary bath features a hammered copper tub, rain and body shower, and a two sink vanity. There is also walk in closet with its own washer/dryer.

Three guest bedrooms each have a Sonos speaker, walk in closet, TV, and luxury bedding. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a king bed. The other two bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed) each have their own sink area and share a toilet and shower room.

The fifth bedroom is set up with twin over twin bunk beds with a TV and an Xbox with two controllers.

The home theater features a 750W surround sound system and theater seating for eight. Bring your popcorn!

The backyard area features a beautiful pool and hot tub surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping as well as a six speaker Sonos outdoor surround sound system. We added two sexy day beds in addition to the sun loungers with umbrellas. We also have a covered (with misters) outdoor seating area with three full-size couches as well as an outdoor dining area that seats eight. We also have a 5 hole pitching and putting green with three bunkers and in-cup and perimeter lighting. This area also has a high top table for six with a built in propane fire pit. We also have a comfortable seating area around a custom natural gas fire pit in the backyard.

The front courtyard area features a wood burning fireplace with a comfortable seating area with couches and a propane fire pit, a hammock and a swing bench.

The house has a rooftop lounge area that is a great place to watch the beautiful desert sunsets.

Sitting on an acre lot, this beautiful villa provides all the amenities you are looking for to enjoy your time in Scottsdale - upscale, private, comfortable, and relaxing. Villa Divertida is the house for you!

Note: the pool is available to be heated year round, however there is a +$50/day for pool/hot tub heating for reservations October through April due to the high gas costs for those months, averaging over $2,000/month. Thanks for your understanding!

This is a great property it had all of the necessary things to enjoy your stay. The home is spacious well laid out. If you are tech savvy a great sound system and lots of info to assist in using it. The backyard has lots of toys 😊

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our new baby grandkids came to visit several times. It was very hot, so we stayed inside except for a few brief dips in the beautiful pool. Peter was a very accommodating host, even bought a high chair for the property at our request! Will certainly come back!

We are a British couple who went away with our adult daughters and their partners. We have holidayed in Scottsdale a number of times over the years and chose this property for its location and entertainment options. It didn’t disappoint in any way. The accommodation was generous, modern and superbly furnished with an array of relaxing and sitting areas. The entertainment provided was exactly or better than listed and would have kept us all busy if we hadn’t left the house at all. We particularly enjoyed the great little chipping/putting area. The living areas were exceedingly well equipped, confirming the fact that this property is obviously used at times by the owners who have given a lot of thought into what their guests may need during their stays. The owner, Peter, answered any emails we sent promptly and returned a phone call I made immediately when we had a minor family crisis the day we left. The location is great. A beautiful, quiet, manicured estate in the affluent North Scottsdale area. A fine foods ‘supermarket’ is less than a 5 minute drive away with good restaurant choices within the same distance. We could find no major negatives with this property. It may be worth noting that Happy Valley Road runs parallel to the rear garden wall about 25 or so meters away. Other reviewers have mentioned this but it is not a busy road and did not affect our enjoyment. A very successful holiday and we would have no hesitation going back again.

We visited Scottsdale for a wedding and extended our stay for a week for a family vacation. Villa Divertiti was the perfect place to be- a spacious and well appointed home, and better than a resort in the backyard. We were close to the best golf courses, hiking trails and 20 mins to the best restaurants in downtown Scottsdale, with lots of good shopping and food options nearby. The hosts were terrific - they checked in with us regularly to see if there was anything we needed and responded quickly to any questions we had. We highly recommend this property and highly recommend our hosts! We will go back again.

We had a great time in this beautiful home. Plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed hanging out in the evening & playing pool. The weather was amazing so we also got to relax in the pool. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! Peter is an outstanding host - responsive to our questions and needs. Would love to stay at this home again!

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing house. Inside from furnishings and decor, through appliances, everything was top of the line, and in great shape. Sound systems are in every room which can work together or separately. Great kitchen with everything you need, including a wine cooler with individual temperatures for reds and whites. Great home theater, bountiful large screen TVs, home theater room, and billiards table will keep you occupied inside. Outside there are multiple places to hang out, relax, or play. Heated pool and spa with waterfall provides great ambiance. Grill, outdoor fridge, putting/chipping green, fire pit, and more. Sound system also works outside. Peter was a great host. He put together a nice video of the home and its features, and a manual outlining entertainment options in the area from golf, to hiking, to private tours and more. There were no issues at all during our stay he needed to address, but made sure we knew he was available if anything in our stay needed tending. Would highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed.

Peter was wonderful! He answered any questions quickly and professionally. Thank you for everything, Peter! Our first night here we were already planning our return visit! It's THAT amazing. The home itself is stunning and spotlessly clean. Plenty of room to hang out all together or separate off into one of the many luxurious seating areas. Top end appliances throughout the home as well. Pool table, darts, putting green, pool and spa were all in immaculate condition.

This property has everything and it is all A++ quality and comfortability. Backyard is outstanding with pool, spa, lounging area and putting green. After hiking, we spent almost all out time out in the yard. TVs in every room and did I mention the movie theatre. My kids loved watching sports or a movie theatre. Master bedroom and bathroom is just like a four season or Ritz style resort. Peter the host is A+ and always helpful and available, if required. If you stay here, you will absolutely enjoy yourself. Great house, including a master bedroom with a gas fireplace, an awesome hot tub and a kitchen with absolutely everything. While we just used it for a romantic get away it would be a great spot for a family. Minutes from great hiking and mountain, close to some of the areas best golf courses and plenty of restaurants close by. The Owner manual describing how stuff works was the best of any VRBO we’ve been in.

We had the best time at this property. Very clean, comfortable beds, easy check in, great kitchen. The list goes on. We stayed for a week and cooked dinner there almost every night and used the bbq. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub even when the weather was chilly on a few days cause they were heated. So nice! And great communication with Peter. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house. We felt like we were staying at a five star resort with the comfort of home. It has great amenities including pool, hot tub, pool table, outdoor kitchen, theater room, putting green and multiple outdoor gathering areas with fire pits. It’s close to everything including great golf courses and tourist attractions. The owner took extra care to make our stay enjoyable. We would love to come back.
