We came for a long weekend to watch the solar eclipse. Dave's place is exactly as shown in the photographs - a very nice apartment, very clean and updated, and the beds were super comfortable. The house rules were clear and easy to follow, and our host Dave was very responsive. We had a very nice time and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Dave.

The place was beautiful and clean and exactly what we were hoping for. It was also quiet, comfy beds and included everything we needed. Thank you so much for letting us stay there. If we are ever back in the area we would love to stay again.

This house was perfect for us. My family went to Syracuse to visit extended family and this was the perfect place for us to stay, close to everything but still far enough from town to be cozy. The house itself is older but kept up very well, everything you need for the kitchen is already there along with towels. There’s an upstairs tenant that we didn’t even know was there, absolutely no issues at all. We visit every other year and hope to rent this out each time we come!

Easy to work with owner. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable accommodations. Good lighting inside and out. Driveway parking for vehicle(s). Nice touch was a Keurig coffee maker and a box of coffee pods. The desk off the kitchen was key and a nice work area. It would have been nice if there were toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.) in the bathroom but no, so make sure you bring these items. Plenty of clean towels and pillows. I would return... no brainer!

We were in town for a baseball game and this property was very close to the stadium. As we were there for a very short time we didn't get explore much, not sure what the area is like, though it looks nice.
The only flaw would be there is a tenant upstairs who was doing laundry at 11pm.

The stay was very enjoyable a great choice as there were some coming from southern NY and others from northern NY. The only negative was that for 7 people we only had one washcloth. Other than that it was great

This place takes you by surprise. It looks just like a generic house on the outside, but once you step inside it is an incredibly cozy, beautifully decorated space. So the good news is that it's a comfortable space. The downside is that it's in a residential neighborhood. Here in the NYC area, that really wouldn't be too big of a deal because you can walk to all kinds of bars and eateries in a matter of a few minutes. However, this place is located in Syracuse, a typical American poorly planned, spread out, car-centric city. So you basically have to drive anywhere of interest. I really just needed a place to stay for the concert that I was attending (which was postponed), so it really works the trick in that sense. It'd probably also be a great space for a family or group of friends on vacation. However, if you're looking for a space to have a big weekend, this might not be the ideal spot for you.

Renovated small older home. It kinda felt like going to Grandmas house. I went on a business trip and having our own bedrooms was so much nicer. The place was very clean and it was great to have a living room and dining room to relax and work in. It was also super close to the mall which worked perfect for us. Would definitely stay there again.
