Exceptionally quiet condo in The Peaks in Radium Hot Springs with unobstructed views of Mount Berland and the Brisco Range with 2 Bedrooms (King and Queen) and 2 full bathrooms just off the main drive of the town. There is a seasonal communal pool in the summer months and a year round hot tub for guests to access. From the condo it's only a couple minute walk to any number of restaurants in Radium and a great location for an evening stroll. The balcony overlooks the green space and walking path with clear views to the Rocky Mountains with a good chance of catching a deer or big horn sheep walking by. There is ample free parking out front of the building and a designated heated spot in the underground parkade. We offer a locked secure spot for the storage of your Bikes, Ski and Snowboard Equipment, Golf Clubs, etc, beside our parking stall in the garage for you to use.

The 2nd floor (building has an elevator) condo has 2 bedrooms, one with a King Bed and one with a Queen Bed. The master has a full ensuite, while a second full bathroom is accessible to the rest of the condo. An elegant dining room seats up to 6 guests or cozy up in the living room around the electric fireplace and big screen TV to watch your favorite show with seating for 6 as well. Retire onto the balcony (equipped with a BBQ) to enjoy a bevvy as you watch the sunset reflecting off the Brisco Mountain Range. The patio is also a perfect way to start the morning sipping a tea or coffee bathed in the morning sun. There is plenty to enjoy with this condo in Radium Hot Springs!

Radium is a busy hub for hiking, backpacking, golf, watersports and snowmobiling. The infamous Radium Hot Springs are just a few minutes drive up the highway, or for the more ambitious, you can walk to them as well. Panorama Ski Resort is only 30 minutes drive from Radium. Stay with us and enjoy all the area has to offer!

Second visit to the Peaks condo, had the same one. Quiet & clean. Condo is well laid out & comfortable .. totally enjoyed the hot tub & pool. All in all we had a relaxing 3 days.

Really appreciated the responsiveness of the host! She checked in with us when we got there and replied promptly when I had a question during our stay. Beautiful condo which was well equipped for all our needs. Really appreciated the wagon to haul our stuff to the car!

It is a well provisioned condo with a great view of the mountains and convenient location to walk to restaurants. Very clean, beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub was nice after golfing and the underground parking lot worked well. Owner communication and condo access was easy.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Peaks! We have stayed at the condo complex for many years and it was our first time staying at Shelly’s condo. We will definitely book here again! I’m previous years it was difficult to find parking but being given the opportunity to use the underground parking stall was great! This year we didn’t bring our bikes up, but next time we will as there was a storage area that we could have locked up our bikes in the parking garage. Our family is already thinking about dates for next summer when we can go back and book here again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We booked 4 nights. The condo is well located, well equipped, and was very clean. There were plenty of cleaning supplies for kitchen and laundry. Communication with the host was great. The only downside was a missing Firestick controller. We highly recommend this rental for a stay in Radium.

My family and I spent a week at this beautiful condo. It was perfect location, with lots of amenities close by. The condo is spacious, clean and has remarkable views. I will miss my morning coffee on the patio! Can’t wait to return. :) Highly recommend this property!

My first trip with both my adult sons who now have bikes like I’ve had for the last 30 years. Radium has always been a go to destination over the years and this year did not disappoint one bit. Excellent property for 2 couples. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with the living space in between for privacy. Great common spaces of the balcony facing quiet green trees and mountains. The host is fantastic and the condo had everything we needed. The location is close to all amenities and it’s safe for walking the neighborhood. Check in and communication was excellent. This is our second stay and we look forward to returning in the near future.

Lovely condo that is super quiet, clean and in a great location. Well stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, powder cream, and fridge condiments. Shelley is great at corresponding quickly and solving any issues. We would stay again.

Repeat customers - love this property. The only criticism is the highly scented laundry soap and Bounce sheets that always make me have to spend two weeks getting my asthma back in check, despite taking allergy pills the whole time.

We really enjoyed staying here. It has the best equipped kitchen we have ever seen! There was lots of space for each of us and our things. It is very easy to access and is in a nice quiet location. It's our favourite place to stay in Radium!

Extremely clean and well kept condo. The view out is stunning and by walking trails which we enjoyed. Everything we needed was supplied. We enjoyed hot tub at night and the large table for playing games. Overall everything was just awesome we we enjoyed our stay so much.

We spent four fantastic nights at this condo! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, good-size kitchen, dining room, living room and a balcony with an unbeatable view! The condo was VERY clean and well-maintained. We are sticklers when it comes to those things and we had no complaints! We appreciated that there was indoor parking, a wagon to bring in luggage, ample closet space, hair dryer, Roku tv, comfortable seating, and a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Couldn’t ask for more. There was also a BBQ (on the balcony), pool and play structure on the property but we didn’t use those. The pictures don’t do the view justice! While spending time on the balcony we loved just how very quiet and peaceful it was—hardly a sound from the road and very few passers by. And, we we saw a crew of 10 big-horn sheep go for a walk right in front of the balcony, followed by a flock of wild turkeys only a half hour later! Wildlife abounds in Radium. Every day we saw deer or big-horn sheep walking around the streets. The town of Radium has all the amenities you’ll need: fuel, restaurants, groceries, souvenirs (including a great candy shop!) and an abundance of walking paths and gorgeous views. We also enjoyed fantastic meals at Conrad’s Kitchen and Grill, The Snack Bar, Screamers and The Olde Salzburg. The famous hot springs were also wonderful on a cool day. And, I must mention that the owner, Shelley, provides fantastic and prompt communication. She was kind, friendly, and helpful. Thank you!

My husband and I have found the perfect condo for our yearly Radium getaways. So comfortable, quality furnishings, a well stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining, super clean and the mountain cabin decor just says you are on vacation. This was hands down my best stay I’ve ever had. And I’ve travelled to almost every continent and most provinces! Shelley is an incredible host, so hands off, but still felt so well taken care of by her. Her communication was great, all my questions were answered before I could even ask some of them, the condo was so clean, and it is such a beautiful location. We had such a wonderful stay, and would absolutely stay again if life brings us back to Radium! Thank you so much for the great stay!
