About this house rental

This is a four bedroom semi-detached house sleeping up to 9 people in a wonderful location on the grounds of the Kenmare Bay Hotel and within a short stroll of Kenmare town centre. Guests staying in this holiday home have free use of the swimming pool at the Hotel’s leisure club. This is a wheelchair accessible house with a downstairs bedrooms with ensuite wetroom shower.
 
Downstairs is a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is really well equipped and is like a home from home offering all the appliances and utensils you might need. There is a dining table to seat up to 6 people but there are extra chairs throughout the house should you need them. There is a guest toilet downstairs.  
 
The sitting room is warm and cosy and features a welcoming open fire and comfortable couches and armchair. A signed and framed Kerry jersey takes pride of place over the mantlepiece! There is a large flat screen TV and DVD player along with a selection of books and DVD’s. Free wifi is available to all our guests.
 
There are four bedrooms in this house. The ground floor bedroom has a double bed and is ideal for wheelchair users as there is an ensuite wetroom with shower. The remaining three bedrooms are located upstairs. There is a master double bedroom which is ensuite with a shower and there is another large room with both a double and a single bed in it. The fourth bedroom is a single. The main bathroom is upstairs and has a bath with shower over it. Should you require an extra bed or a cot and highchair these can be provided free of charge (please advise at time of booking).
 
This is a warm and welcoming home ideal for families or for friends holidaying together. There is parking to the front of the house and a private garden to the rear which features a picnic table. This is a pet-friendly home so should you wish to bring along you beloved furry friend, they too will be welcomed!

This is a pet-friendly home so should you wish to bring along you beloved furry friend, they too will be welcomed! The owners respectfully request that your pet is kept to the tiled areas & not allowed upstairs. The back garden is fully enclosed.  Please note that there is an onsite charge of €60 should you bring your pet and this must be paid to the Supervisor onsite.
