Very nice, friendly host, beautiful and modern apartment. Very easy access to train and bus station. Easy access to to the centre of the town.
No washing machine but it's only essential if you travel with kids so doesn't matter.

highly recommend renting this apartment for several important reasons. Firstly, the apartment was clean and cozy, which made me feel comfortable during my stay. The owner was not only very helpful but also friendly and ready to provide any necessary assistance. I appreciate their quick response to all my questions and requests.
The location of this apartment is also worth mentioning. It is very close to the train station, which makes traveling easier and saves time. Additionally, the apartment is conveniently located near the city center. The proximity to the center allows for easy access to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions.
In summary, this apartment offers cleanliness, a helpful owner, and a convenient location close to the train station and city center. I am very satisfied with my stay and gladly recommend this place to others who are looking for comfortable accommodation in this area.

It was well located between the train station and old town. We were greeted at the train station by our host, Mimmo, who gave us a ride to the apartment as well as a tour of Monopoli. He suggested that we visit his restaurant, La Locanda dei Pescatori. We had an amazing dinner there the evening of our arrival. We really enjoyed our visit to Monopoli and it was made even more special because of our host. The day of our departure Mimmo also gave us a ride to the train station.
