The Devonshire Villa is an excellent place to stay.

The care and communication was excellent. The bed was so comfortable. The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was amazing. Everything was excellent. We can['t recommend it highly enough.

Wonderfully perfect

Everything!!!! The hosts were incredible and went above and beyond to facilitate an amazing trip for us. Everything was brand new and impeccably clean. The cookies on arrival were a real treat as well, such a great personal touch. We got our own set of keys to come and go as we pleased and had no curfew which was even better!

Short walk from the beaches, lovely comfortable stay.

The room was spotless and looked brand new. Facilities were high quality and nice little touches around the room and bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great options for breakfast and perfectly cooked. Amanda and Matt were brilliant and could not fault our short stay, would come back and recommend.

A beautiful hotel, well priced and well looked after

The hosts were so friendly, the room was impeccable, clean, tidy, and well presented. Breakfast was delicious, hot and fresh. Would stay again!

I always run warm, so aircon would always be on my list - but I know this isn’t always possible in old buildings. We did have a fan though which was great!

Outstanding!

Absolutely everything was perfect! From the off street parking and genuinely warm welcome when we arrived, to the beautiful bedroom and location just an easy walk into town, to the comfortable bed and fab shower and amazing breakfast the next morning. (I was catered for as a vegan perfectly! The best vegan full English I've had!!) The only downside was I wish we'd been able to stay longer.

A beautiful warm and cozy BnB, with lovely hosts. Beautifully finished rooms, and superb food.

Loved the cleanliness and decor of the place. The room was very big, comfortable, warm and cozy. It was well equipped and very quiet. It was perfect to come back to after a long day of hiking and sight seeing. The breakfast was also very very good.

Relaxing comfortable stay.

From the moment we arrived to Devonshire Villa the host Amanda was extremely welcoming and so friendly, swift check in and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving us to it.The hotel was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were modern and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was just amazing ,a huge variety and massive portions. Had to ask Amanda to half the the portions for the next few days. Definitely sets u up for the rest of the day. The bed was super comfy and room was spacious. Both hosts Amanda and Matt were so accommodating. A lovely 3 nights break . Will hope to return again 1 day. Lovely 3 day days in ilfracombe, woolacombe and Lynton.

Superb & faultless B&B in Illfracombe.

Warm friendly welcome from Amanda and Matt. Beautifully decorated communal areas and bedrooms. Parking outside hotel. Easy walk into town centre. Lovely extra touches to make stay comfortable. Big bedroom. Breakfast choice and quality was amazing. Excellent value for money.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Matt and Amanda are lovely and very helpful.

Breakfast was superb and really sets you up for the day. The Devonshire Villa is about 15 minutes walk into town and obviously a short car journey.

Perfect stay

Room and facilities were exceptional.Spotless, high standards throughout. Breakfast very tasty and generous. Warm and welcoming hosts. Close to town and a great location to explore the area. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.
