Welcome to our beautiful house in the warmest area of Avándaro, fully equipped to enjoy a pleasant weekend or vacation. The house is impeccable and features an incredible flat garden with a pool, jacuzzi, and sun loungers. There is also a large terrace with an outdoor dining area, barbecue, and fireplace, where you can enjoy a meal with a view of the garden. If you prefer indoor spaces, there is a TV room, living room, dining room, and other areas for your enjoyment.
The Space:
The spaciousness of the house with different areas to relax, the view, and the beautiful garden make this house truly unique. It is private and exclusive for guests and offers a shared pool, garden, jacuzzi, terrace, and barbecue area. The house is centrally located and has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Guest Access:
We will send you the exact location via Maps 2 days in advance. We recommend following it and contacting the person in charge of check-in 30 minutes before your arrival.
The Neighborhood:
You will find that the house is very central, 5 minutes from downtown Avándaro, 7 minutes from the entrance to the town of Valle, and 10 minutes from the lake. The area is very peaceful and secluded from traffic noise, receiving plenty of sunlight. Avándaro is one of the most sought-after areas in Valle de Bravo, with luxury spas and international cuisine restaurants. Nearby, you will find the main square of Avándaro, where you can stroll through the corridors of the craft market and purchase Mexican crafts and snacks. La Peña and Velo de Novia Waterfall are less than 5 km away.
