Welcome families to our Keystone Passport Ultra-Lite (27 footer). At just over 6000 lb dry weight, this is why our trailer stands apart from the rest. First, let’s talk about the outside features you will love! We have two doors. One as an entrance and one as an entrance to the bathroom. Super helpful if you have children or guests so they do not track a mess onto the main floor. Also, there is an outdoor shower hook-up, a bike rack to add your bikes, several compartments to place outdoor games or a BBQ, LED lights to put on at night, a powered awning for much needed shade, and speakers to listen to music. When you step inside, there is a private master queen bed with closing doors and plenty of storage for your personal items. A full kitchen with a sink, microwave, stove, oven, a Keurig and plenty of cabinet space. To the right of the refrigerator is a pantry. The cabinet next to the pantry is where we house jackets for the kids, cleaning products, a broom, a Swifter mop, and a three drawer plastic container that we keep clothes. Next, there is a u-shaped dinette to fit all the family around. It converts to a bed that would comfortably fit an adult or two small children. Next to the u-shaped dinette is a couch that is a pull out bed. Great for family movie nights! A TV that can pull out and move to accommodate where you are sitting. Also, two bunk beds perfect for kids! There are lights and outlets in each bunk bed along with a window. Also, the bunk beds have a privacy curtain that can be closed. The bathroom has a vent on the ceiling, a shower, towel hooks, storage for toiletries, and a cabinet that houses toilet paper. The rig will comfortably sleeps 6, however the bunks could easily fit two small children. We would love to share our family trailer with you, so you can make new adventures and lasting memories. In the kitchen we provide a toaster, pots/pans, silverware, coffee mugs, plastic plates, bowls, mixing bowls, measuring cups, knives and kitchen utensils to cook. K-Cups, creamers, sugar, hot chocolate, basic spices, and a s’more kit is also included. With the dishes, we just ask that you wash and put them back where you found them. Family DVDs are also provided for you located above the TV. Below the TV is the trailer manual along with a first aid kit. For the bathroom, hand soap, toilet paper, Kleenex, air freshener, bug spray, sunblock, towels, and hand towels are provided. Fresh linens are provided for the master bed and the bunk beds upon request. The trailer is equipped with heating & air conditioning and a hot water heater. This trailer includes everything you will need to camp somewhere with hookups. Great for campsites with full hookups or dry camping. If dry camping you can use our generator for 4 free hours a day. Any hour used after is $4/hr.. Extra pillows and blankets are always a good idea to bring as well. Prep fee includes preparing, cleaning, and sanitizing the unit. If windy, please do not use awning, You are responsible for dumping before your return or we will do it for $100. Any damaged incurred during your reservation will need repaired or replaced. 1) If smoking is detected, fee of $400 will deducted from deposit. 2) If the the vehicle is brought to a special event without owners knowledge a fee of $200 will be deducted from deposit. 3) If pets are detected, a fee of $250 will be deducted from deposit. 4) Black and gray water to be emptied prior to return, $100 to be deducted if owner has to clean out and empty. 5) No off-roading Biggest rule: All we ask is you care for this trailer as if it was your own.
