This chalet is in the perfect location in a quiet, wooded neighborhood culdesac. Very clean, great size for 4+ adults with 2 bedrooms w/queen sized beds and 2 bathrooms. Huge, well-appointed kitchen. Very nice outdoor deck/seating area, large comfortable couch and super cute furniture and decor. Loved the guitars in the green room and the kayak for use at the Mill Pond. The owners were very friendly via VRBO and left us a welcome note and bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay. We walked to breakfast at the nearby golf course and were less than 5 min from the heart of town. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend when wanting the perfect chalet in the Graeagle area. Thank you!

Family members popped in to say hello and thought this was a beautiful home. We sure hope if we come degree eagle in the future that this properties available to stay at, we just loved it. Thank you so much Gino and Stacey for thinking of all the details that makes staying away from home comfortable!!

This home suited our taste in decor, style and cleanliness to a T! Stacy was a great host. We plan to come back annually! All of the other VRBO properties we have stayed at really fell short with old, tired and dated furnishings and kitchenware so this home made our stay perfect! Clean and so comfortable. Our only complaint is the lack of lighting in the master bedroom and bath vanity so bring a lighted makeup mirror. Neighborhood was marked to a 4 because a neighbor would start (very loud) work on his deck/skirting every morning at exactly 0600! But totally not the host's fault.

It was perfect. Everything worked and easy to use. Kitchen had all the small appliances, dishes and staples. Linens were nice and the faux fur bed covers were fun, The backyard was peaceful and green and an enjoyable bird watching area. We very much enjoyed “our” private home to attend a three day wedding event. The book detailing the remodel was a nice touch.

Stacy and Geno have created an amazing place for a getaway destination. Their accommodations are ideally located, clean, cozy and comfortable. They certainly attend to details and responded immediately and with generosity to some minor requests. We enjoyed every aspect of their home and would highly recommend it!

Awesome property. Awesome area. Awesome owners. We felt very at home even deciding to stay one more night. The property has everything you need. Not sure if it mentions it but the property has external emergency generator that kicks on if the power goes out.

The home was very inviting. We were here for a wedding so it was a short stay. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels. They needed more wash cloths. Our bed was comfy. Plenty of seating and places to go if you want to spread out. FYI the blinds in the bedroom - you can see through them at night when the lights are on. We’d definitely stay again. Hoping to bring our daughter and son in law. It would be nice if check out was 11 instead of 10, but their book says you can arrange a late check out. So do that when you get your welcome email.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us. We especially enjoyed the beautiful setting. We changed some of our plans in order to enjoy more time on the deck each day.

Pros:
- After booking, the owner shared an Air Guide link which includes all information we need for our stay. Helpful if you have never been to the area and we kept referring back to the guide whenever we couldn't locate something in the house.
- Check in was easy, owners contacted us before we arrive and gave us check-in instructions.
- The rooms are spacious with no issues spreading luggages on the floor.
- All area visibly clean.
- Phone charging USB provided on both sides of the bed.
- Walking distance to town with restaurants, small grocery store, coffee, ice cream, etc.
- Immediate neighbors are nice, they are aware that this is a rental property and didn't mind.
- Like that this property has a backup generator, gave us peace of mind.
- We personally didn't have any issues with hot water, just turn the shower on early.
- A clothing shelving unit with hangers are provided, which is nice to have a space to hang up your clothes.
- Kitchen has all the tools, pots, pans, utensils we need.
Cons:
- Not enough lights to do makeup. The house is dark in general. We ended up moving the floor lamp with us wherever we were.
- The bedroom can feel either too cold or too hot in the middle of the night, we tried different thermostat settings.
- Tried doing a webcam meeting and it was laggy, but this might just be the limited wifi offerings in this area. Regular browsing on internet and watching videos are all fine.
Overall:
If we ever return to the area, we will stay here again. The owners are nice and helpful. The place is clean and newly remodeled. Convenient location. The photos on Vrbo didn't do the house justice because it looks better in real life. This is a good option for 1 to 2 couples or a small family.

Cute newly remodeled home perfect for my hubby & I and 2 friends. One had a room & other stated sitting area w/futon was actually super comfy and all they needed. Stocked well with basically everything you need. Super close to Graeagle Golf Course, super close to town. Very quite area & nice area to take morning walks around. Cute yard, we played lots of cornhole in back & if sprinklers got it too wet there was plenty of room in parking area out front to play in:) Stacy the host was super great at responding right away with any questions. Hope we land this gem again in future get-a way's,

Our stay at The Frazier was a fantastic experience. The amenities went beyond our expectations and the home was well kept and clean.
Our host was also communicative during our stay simply to follow up with check-out instructions and if we had any questions. Even the bonus of seeing a bunch of deer running around was a special piece of the experience.
Thanks again Stacy and Geno!

Stacey and Geno's home was fabulous for our extended weekend in Graeagle for a family wedding. The home is impeccably decorated with so many thoughtful touches throughout. A lot of care and love went it to remodeling and setting up the home and it shows! The home is very spacious and comfortable with a wonderful outdoor deck, grill and yard. The kitchen was super well equipped with quality throughout and plenty of staples/spices, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The Airguide that VRBO uses has issues. Replying to the email messages was sometimes a challenge. We worked around that because the owner communicated well.

Stacy and Geno contacted me with a really warm welcome message immediately upon booking their home, and it was right then that I knew I was in the hands of great hosts. Even just through messaging, they were so kind, so personable and so warm and welcoming from the moment I booked the home until the end of our stay. They were so easy to get a hold of, too! I felt like I was at home away from home.
I have to say, pulling into the neighborhood was a bit of a surprise due to my lack of knowledge of the area. The neighborhood is basically nestled in the forest, and the beautiful trees surround each home, making it an absolutely breathtaking view no matter which way you look! Literally one street off the main road (which you can’t hear at all) and only 3 minutes to town, the location could not be more dreamy and convenient. When we first pulled up, I was just awe struck by all the beauty, then by the home and those neighboring. When we entered the home, we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and thoughtfully styled each room of the home is! From the floors to the beautiful vaulted ceiling with sunlights, and each unique piece all around the home, this place is dreamy and inspiring!
The beds are very comfortable, the showers are great, each room is cozy and comfortable, the living room is a perfect area to gather with your family or friends and relax and enjoy each other’s company, the kitchen is spacious and inviting and equipped with all you need! The laundry room has a great washer and dryer! I love the book they created about all things home and surrounding areas, which sits in the kitchen right next to the extremely convenient wifi info! So smart and helpful. After we eagerly toured the inside of the home, we made our way out back only to find an absolutely stunning outdoor space! The deck has a great outdoor table and a BBQ which we would have loved to use! When you step off the deck you find that the yard gets bigger the further you walk, with a little gravel walking trail that loops around the yard which my four year old and two year old got much enjoyment out of! Beautiful grassy areas to lay a blanket, etc., it was just absolutely gorgeous and we kept saying how much we wished we had more than 40 hours at the home, and also that we wish we lived there! We booked this home because our cousin got married at Twenty Mile House and this turned out to be more than the perfect place for us to stay! Thank you so much Stacy and Geno!!!

This is a recently renovated home nestled in a forest. The home was comfy, clean, and the kitchen well-stocked. Everything in terms of check-in worked seamlessly. The hosts are well-organized and extremely responsive. We would stay here again on a visit to the area.
