This very cozy, very clean non smoking home that sleeps up to 14 people with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathroom. Perfect for families. Washer and dryer. Large flat screen TV's. Built in electric fireplace in the living room, perfect for Fall/Winter rentals. Surround sound system inside and out. Great outside area with deck on water. AC. Backyard inground pool. Outdoor shower. Tiki bar and lounge area with fire table. Blackstone and Big Green Egg Smoker. Bring your boat! Boat slip available. Bay side beach in local community. Walking distance to local food (bagels, pizza, ice cream etc..). Walking distance to community park with basketball, pickle-ball, tennis and playground. This house had everything you can think of to make an awesome vacation . From the amenities outside including a pool, bar , awnings for shade extra fridge , man cave , etc to a beautiful well Stocked inside . One of my favorite things was the ice maker super convenient along with the sub zero fridge and the wolf stove . Plenty of seating . House was nice and cool and an excellent location . Close to LBI . We bought our own boat and docked it right in the back . The backyard was fenced in so we always felt comfortable with the kids . They had a blast ! The only negative is the bedrooms needed a little TLC . Maybe take up the carpets and put in vinyl flooring that would give it a more cleanly feel . Overall we had the BEST time and really enjoyed our stay . I highly recommend this house .

Excellent stay! We rented for a week in July . The house had everything we could want, from the fully equipped kitchen to the pool and outdoor entertainment. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Thank you for having us and we will see you next year!!

We were a group of 7 celebrating our 60th birthdays. We couldn’t have picked a more beautiful location!! The house is on a lagoon. Kayaks, boats, crabbing seem to be popular activities along the lagoon! It was wonderful, sitting out by the water, watching the boats come and go. Everyone was friendly. The house also had a pool. Nice way to cool off when you are not at the beach. The house was clean and stocked with anything you would need for your stay! Kevin was a wonderful host and answered any questions promptly!! I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this house!! You will not be disappointed!!

We loved our stay at this gorgeous beach home. It was the perfect spot for peace and quiet, yet just a short drive from the shoreline. We were in town for a family wedding with lots of activities, so we can’t wait to return and so we can use all of the amenities the house has to offer.

We did a family reunion in this house in March and it t was clean, spacious and well equipped. Great kitchen and great view! The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been 80 degree weather instead of 40 because the outdoor area looked spectacular!

Wonderful home. Spacious plenty of bedrooms. The only con is sharing the upstairs bathroom with three bedrooms. We would definitely stay again

Our weekend with our seven adult daughters was beyond our expectations! The house was beautiful, clean, and was located perfectly. The host was very prompt in answering questions that we had leading up to the stay. Again, everything was perfect! Thank you and we are now considering a summer vacation to the area.

Despite the storm we had a wonderful weekend stay at the property! It had great amenities and the host was easy to communicate with. The detailed welcome binder was a great resource during our stay. Our family would love to return to this property in the future!

Our stay at this home far exceeded our expectations! The house is fabulous with lots of light and water views. Staying on the lagoon is tranquil and the location is a short ride to the beach and LBI activities. The hosts are wonderful and responsive. I will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great. Kevin was extremely responsive and would answer all of questions within minutes! The house is beautiful and has everything you could need. There were no propane in the tanks but Kevin reimbursed us to fill them up. Over no complaints about the property. We would love to come back again for longer!

Our family gathered beginning of August. Beautiful home and surroundings. The pool was a definite plus. The home is well equipped and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The hosts were available for any questions. A paradise to wake up to every morning. Thank you for allowing our family to make memories.

House is beautiful. Great spot to sit by the pool or go to the beaches close by. Everything was as listed. We had a problem which was of our own doing . Called the owner at 10pm and he answered us right away and heloded us out.

We loved the location of the property. Being on the canal was beautiful. Our daughter loved watching the boats float past. The property was clean, well stocked, perfect for entertaining and spending time with family. We will definitely be back!!
