Oyster Roost is a great place to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet! Located on a quiet street, this cozy 2 bedroom cottage comes complete with sound views and a covered front porch in North Topsail Beach!
One level living makes this home perfect for gathering with friends and family. The open layout allows everyone to be together while preparing meals in the well appointed kitchen or relaxing for a movie in the comfortably furnished living room. The dining table easily seats 4 with the kitchen island seating 2 as well! Enjoy the sound while you are kayaking or paddle boarding which is provided by the owner for your water entertainment!!

Both bedrooms here share the hall bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Your beach rental is located approximately 3 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge in Surf City. You’ll love the peace and quiet here! Head to Surf City or Sneads Ferry (mainland) to visit restaurants, shops, fresh seafood markets and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Linens (bed & bath) are NOT included, but are available for an additional fee.
Trip Preparation:

All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! See Ward Realty's website for a helpful list of what to bring with you to your rental. Please note that this home does not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.
