Everyone has heard of Kampen and Westerland—in their midst is a dream house that can impress not only Sylt connoisseurs with its advantages: "Witthüs-Westerland" stands for the connection to the Frisian homeland. The vacation home belonging to Westerland knows how to skillfully combine Sylt's best contradictions: upscale amenities and rustic coziness, central location, and relaxing seclusion. Between the enchanting beach, modern golf course, and colorful island life, everyone finds their favorite spot here.

Experience unforgettable vacation days for four in approximately 100 m² in the "Strandläufer." After extensive beach walks, you can cool off in your own beach chair on the terrace or relax in the garden sauna in the colder seasons. Upon request, you can book a sauna package consisting of a bathrobe and sauna towel for a price of €20/person. The two cozy bedrooms and the bright living-dining area with an open kitchen are equipped with high-speed internet and flat-screen TVs; modern Bluetooth devices allow you to accompany yourself with your own music selection.

A free parking space directly in front of the house is, of course, reserved for you. For electric cars, provisions are made: a house-owned wallbox can be easily booked in advance and is accessible for a fee of €20 per stay. A lockable paddock is available for bicycles in front of the house.

To start your vacation feeling right away, a made nest awaits you upon arrival: The beds are freshly made for you, and you'll receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel per person. For this,

we charge a fee of 25 euros per person (except for children under 3 years). For good health reasons, the laundry packages are mandatory for your booking.

We also want to inform you: A tourist tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We calculate this fee with your booking and directly pass it on to the municipality – your guest cards are available in your vacation home upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of 29 euros.
