We loved our stay here. Overall it was an amazing experience...the house itself is just beautiful, and the layout is unmatched. We had plenty of room for the 18 of us who stayed there (8 adults, 10 kids). The kids loved the upstairs bedroom/playroom. And the patio/outdoor dining/living area was impeccable, as was the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a good size property for a big group. A huge plus we’re double dishwashers and an extra ice maker in the island! The location was great!!! So close to all the activities and restaurants. Having never been to Broken Bow before, I feel like I got very lucky on location of cabin

Nice place.very clean and in a good location. A decent amount of kitchen cups, plates and utensils, but don't expect a lot of leftover condiments, spices, storage baggies, tin foil, etc. Make sure you bring any of that stuff. Had dual dishwashers and clothes washers and dryers; however, only 1 small fridge. We had 12 peoe and fit comfortably. Place was great!

The cabin was spacious and well laid out. Upon arrival we noticed there was quite a lot of dirt in the floors and carpets. The pull out trash was broken and there was a burned, damaged grilled area with a replacement working grill beside it. There were not enough hand towels and bath towels for all of the rooms. Stains and burn hole on the couch and carpet. Just not a comfortable clean feel or what we would expect to find in a luxury, “modern” cabin. Overall it seems run down and worn out and needs some sprucing up.

We celebrated our annual Ladies Trip. We loved how there was space for entertainment all over the cabin. It was stunning! There were only 2 draw backs. 1. One of the beds sheets were dirty so we couldnt use it until the following night. 2. The pots and pans need to be replaced. We would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The place had plenty of room inside and out. The hot water was not working in the kitchen or the bathroom on the same wall as the kitchen, but we made it work. We were told we would be notified when someone could come look at it, but didn’t get a response after that. A few more cooking pans would have been beneficial as well. Overall, I would stay at Modern Serenity again.

Myself and family enjoyed our weekend here at Modern Serenity. All the kitchen supplies was provided. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Only downside of our stay was the water temp in the kitchen and one of the downstairs bedrooms (smallest one). It took a long time for water to get hot to the point we had to boil water to make dish water. Also, it’s hard to keep a consistent temp throughout the bedrooms (upstairs and downstairs). Either it was too hot or too cold, hardly between. Overall, it’s a lovely cabin. Would recommend!

We wanted a couples getaway for 4 couples and this house was perfect for us. The bedrooms with the e suites were fabulous. Perfectly located and looked just like the pictures. The only negatives were that I booked the house for 13, but glad I only ended up having 8 because it would have been hard to cook for that size party with the pots and pans that was provided. The other thing was that hot water in some of the rooms and kitchen took forever to heat. Neither of these would stop me from coming back. Book it! You won’t be disappointed.

We had 12 family members staying in this cabin. We wanted to make this special after losing my father a few months ago and this cabin did not disappoint. With all of these people, it never felt crowded, the layout was perfect for game nights, cooking, dinners, and chilling on the massive back deck. We had a great time and built some fantastic new memories

The house fit our needs very well. There were 2 chairs in the dining area inside that was wobbling. We put them out of our way and didn’t use them. Going from the house to the deck are a few nail heads sticking up. Overall we had a good experience!

Lots and lots of space, we fit 4 families easily. The "dorm" area upstairs for kids is perfect. The deck is huge, you barely need to leave it. I'd love to book it again.

The house was exactly as it looked in pictures. We didn't have any negative surprises, which is so nice when booking online. The space was amazing and had everything we needed. We did have a little issue with the hot tub not having any cleaning solution. We contacted the owner but never heard back. We ended up going into town and meeting the great people at Arklahoma Spa who sold us some cleaner for cheap. Overall, it worked out okay. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Hochatown.

The cabin is very beautiful, well kept and plenty of space. The owners made checking in and out simple and with easy to follow directions to cabin. The kitchen could’ve been stocked a little better with basic necessities to accommodate a large group. Like extra dish soap and kitchen towels. We were expecting more cookware and it wasn’t good quality. You definitely need more than one pot to cook for 10 people. There were not enough bathing towels in bathrooms and no bath soap if you just happened to forgot to bring some. The jacuzzi never heated up. But, we did appreciate the owner sending prompt assistance when we called.I would definitely use the cabin again but, will be better prepared with cooking utensils, etc. Overall it was a great weekend.

The description of the property is spot on and absolutely beautiful! There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. The bunk room was the best part of the house!! There were plenty of dishes, utensils, glassware, and towels. The outdoor area was so nice. We relaxed in the hot tub, lit up the firepit, and enjoyed the outdoor table and furniture to have breakfast and dinner with plenty of conversation. The house was close to Girls Gone Wine and Grateful Pizza. You do have to travel down a long dirt road to get to the house and the main part of town, so don't worry about coming with a fresh washed vehicle. I would definitely stay here again!!

The house is situated on a corner lot, close to the dirt road with too fast of drivers up and down the road. No way to sit on the front porch with out getting a dust shower every time a car/truck past. Luckily the tall house blocks some of it on the back porch. Owners need to make a change with the contracted housekeeping- for the price of housekeeping, it should have been perfect. Need kitchen utensils commensurate with the size of the unit. It is a very nice property though and all in all we had a nice stay.
